Went to put money on my stash card and spent way more time than i needed to and got nothing accomplished. The manager Rachel was absolutely no help at all and clearly had no idea on what she was doing. Very unprofessional and had no proper management skills, wanted to argue with me bc i tried explaining from many previous times on what is usually done. Something that should have been so simple was such turned into a fiasco. I will not bring my business here anymore.

This store supports pre paid card companies who's cards do not work. I bought one and when it didn't work they absolutely refused to refund my money even though the cashier told me "keep this receipt in case their are any problem". I gave them $160 that I no longer have and got nothing in return for it. The pre paid card company will not make it right either. If I did t know better I'd say I've been robbed of $160!!

Photo department is HORRIBLE and Management is worse. Twice they messed up my photo book order. The first time the printer was not working and the pictures had black lines across it. They could not retrieve either job in the computer which I sat in store for over an hour creating. Atleast the person on photo that day did whatever she could to try and make it as right as possible. This pharmacy has been giving me such a hard time filing a prescription for my daughter and it seems they really do not care. I call to get refill 2 days ahead and they never have it ready. When I call to question them they just say we will not have it ready today if you want we could transfer it to another location. This has not happened once but 3 times. This just prove they are not competent to do their job the other pharmacy filed the prescription right away. (I just gave it one start because it was impossible to do none)

Pharmacist, Lisa P She is very unprofessional, disrespectful and very inconsiderate. She has absolutely no knowledge of Walgreens' procedures. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. If she was sure that she was doing her job, she wouldn't have lied and said the manager was gone for the day when I asked to speak to him. FYI District Office # 630-985-7189 Jim Hudson
