Pharmacy sucks , they close early often and not talking about their lunch break, half of the staff gives inaccurate information, the only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because eventually I get my meds that should count for something. I just have my meds going to cvs now.

This location has only 1 great employee I ran across. The rest are rude and quite lazy. I was the only one told there was one line (keep in mind the line is starting to congest the aisles) but she allowed a guy and another 2 girls go and she said nothing. It’s almost like I was singled out, I get to the check out and instead of reaching less than 3 inches to grab my items. She does that often, that’s quite lazy specially to have a customer do your job. keeps telling me to push them up to her. Then acting as if I had a virus or something putting her mask on but didn’t do that with the homeless woman they allow to beg all in the store. One almost ran my daughter over in the aisle and didn’t even say excuse me. This is all frustrating when I come in on my lunch breaks and have to get in and out. Plus they rarely restock properly.

First time ordering prints at this location, horrible photo pick up service. Waited 20 minutes for help at the photo center. Only half of my order was given when picked up but full order was charged. When I called the store to validate if the other half of my print order had been printed and ready for pick up I spent 30 minutes being bounced around the store because the store person did not know what I meant by notecards order. I finally walked her the various print products I can purchase online example invitations, business cards or note cards and that’s when she said oh let me check in the photo department which is what I selected when I initially called the store. Photos… please learn your products so you can provide better customer service.

This review is for store, not the pharmacy. Terrific Walgreens on the southside. Stock is plenty and good (so far items chosen were not expired) and staff is friendly and fast. Good job.

To whom it may concern at pharmacy department. My grandma was sent to the hospital yesterday and needed her prescription today to help with her infection. Just antibiotics they told us to call. Someone picked up and hung up the phone. Then we showed up. They said our prescription wasnt even put in the system to be made. Are you serious? Four hours of waiting and nothing. Anyone having bad experience here should call corporate and once you talk to the boss of this walgreens ask for there boss. Ive never experienced anything like this in my life. People are sick and showing up with that type of work ethic is not acceptable. I understand people working here go through alot on the daily but you cant be treating everyone the same way. My grandma needed those pills its infection!

Terrible pharmacist,mom went to hospital day before of nov 19 2023 .with pneumonia they gave her amoxicillin that nite and a prescription,took it to the pharmacy ,they said we'll call u or call us, after waiting 2 hrs we called no one answered they kept hanging up,we finally went to see what was goin on the pharmacist informed us they never put in the order so pick up tomorrow,mind u my mom had pneumonia and was very sick .I wouldnt recommended this pharmacy, if your loved ones was sick and need there meds immediately y'all suck
