I had to crawl on my knees to the back of the bottom shelf to get what my mother needed during her medical emergency. The pharmacist said, "This where they steel from the most so it's all unorganized" ??♂️lady this ain't normal to say nor hear. Terrible

Incompetent pharmacy staff. Contacting the doctor for a refill on a medication unnecessarily because they don't know how or want to properly transfer the medication from another Walgreens.

You ain’t getting no stars you got a negative star . I said stop. Women stop that’s what my friend just had experience with when he just left the Walgreens on Jefferies because of the security that’s working 2shift . He’s talking, How are you gonna ask me for a receipt from something you don’t carry and it comes from another store, I should not have to show you no receipt to something that I purchased from somewhere else, and that you do not even carry . Liquor stuff is in the back of the cashiers so you know if you don’t care this product you know I got it from somewhere else dummy my name is Phil Binion …I have my own convenience . I’m 65 years old I ain’t gonna steal. Maybe your system was messed up. When I came into the store. The thing didn’t go off but when I left out the store and didn’t get nothing then turn around and go off now you wanna harass me and ask me for a receipt from another store when you don’t care the product that I had from the store come on now that’s crazy.

Location offers "same day delivery." My husband and I both have breakthrough COVID and are quarantining. We had no cough drops or soda in the house, and I ordered some before the cutoff last night. Never arrived. At about 8:30 am, the person picking the items called and woke me up to ask about substitutions. Almost 2 pm, no stuff, called the number listed in the Order Details to inquire. They cancelled the order at 8:24 am, "due to computer problems," I thought I had not been notified but I see that they did email. Still, a frustrating experience.

Avoid this pharmacy location if possible, I scheduled my vaccine appointment online. This location is vaccine appointment only, however even with my appointment I did not get my vaccine until hour and a half later. The pharmacy seems to be very unorganized, The doctor administrating the vaccine was not wearing her mask properly. And before she admitted the vaccine she asked if I was getting a booster, which I wasn't. Seemed to me that she has no clue what she was doing, didn't even advise me she was about to stick the needle in. Just randomly started the processes and that's it. I will not be returning.

Registers were open and employees were around but no one will open up so the line can die down. Managers had no sense of urgency.

TERRIBLE!!!TOOK THEM HOURS AND CORPORATE TO FIND MY PACKAGE SAYING IT WASN’T DELIVERED WHEN THE TRACKING STATED IT WAS. BUT IT APPEARED OUTTA THEN AIR WHEN I THREATENED TO WRITE A LETTER TO BBB. THEY STOLE IT!! And when I went to pick up my item they were telling another young lady the exact same thing. And her’s was delivered almost a day ago and a email confirming pick up was sent. THEY STOLE IT!!!

Great Customer Service! I visited (3/15/19) to purchase half/half. When the sales associate scanned my "Balance Rewards Card" it wouldn't scan. The associate noticed the barcode had worn away. She prepared a new rewards card for me on the spot & completed transaction. Excellent Professional Customer Service.
