They keep you on repeat hold for 20 minutes up til it hits 11 am to then be the first person to get on the line and say they are going on a 30 minute break that you need to call back? Like wait what? Excuse me, you get on the phone to tell me to call back when I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes ? This place is a waste of time. Everything down to their customer service is the worst. If I could give negative reviews I would. Carla you should be embarrassed to have a pharmacy staff who operates your establishment the way they do.

One of the pharmacy techs is rude and incompetent. Instead of explaining why they couldn't fill a prescription, she just got stank and tried to brush me off before the pharmacist stepped up and explained.

This is the best Walgreens pharmacy in the city. I have gotten vaccines and prescriptions here and the pharmacist is really helpful. It is well-staffed and the pharmacy staff are friendly and efficient. It is a hidden gem in the Humboldt Park neighborhood.

Horrible wait time in Pharmacy. They have signs that state 30 minute parking limit. It takes longer than that waiting in line to get your medications from the pharmacy. Drive thru is just a long of a wait. Hire another person to handle the drive thru while the others handle the customers at the counter. Also add a sign that states no public restrooms since customers are always told the bathroom is out of order.

Very bad service. I understand to wait a long period of time if their busy. But not to provide any service at all just because their running late, its unacceptable. I was waiting for pharmacy to open and all employees arrived at 8:07 am. And one said I had to go inside the store to get service that today there would be no drive thru service. I mean i was already there, there was no one else in line, why couldn't they just me my medice and then put a sign on the window for no service ?. Just nonsense.

This Walgreens has the potential to be great with a clinic right next door. Unfortunately, I’ve had issues with this pharmacy since it’s “grand opening.” Never have medications on site to be filled. No call backs, no updates to the app and when I do receive a call the automated messages will let you know your meds are ready for pick up. You wait in line just to waste your time, it’s not ready. I will say, the pharmacist on staff is a Godsend! Every time I talk to her she is the most helpful person on staff. It’s a shame one good apple takes the fall for the rest of the rotten ones. Get it together Walgreens. Protect your investment, I.E the consumer.

They always mess up my prescriptions saying my insurance dosnt cover it. When it does. I have been with this pharmacy for 2 months now and I never get my meds on time now because of some sort of issue. These issues are not back order issues. Just essentially them not knowing how too work their program.

The wait time is always ridiculous; yesterday I had to pick up a prescription and it took 30+ mins inside. Today, I waited almost an hour. There’s always someone begging at the doors that make going in uncomfortable. Not okay

Omg this is my 3 day to treat to get my medicine ..... The employeer for the pharmacy have activated. I dropped my and have line 25 min to get in the front 35 min in drive true PLEASE HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES I need to look other please for my medicine. ?????

They do not have enough workers, long lines where the cashiers stop to have casual conversations with their co workers. Go down the street to one that actually staffs their store

I really despise this place. They really are no help.They don't like to do the work. Then they tell you try another store you do and the other store says ..they could of done this.? the employees here are not people friendly. I need to find another place I could give it a negative ten I would?
