Thankfully I never had a bad experience here. Staff r always cool and helpful. They can work on the bathroom though!!! It's dirty, and always out of order but I understand because of the riff raff that try to go in n do their dirt. But if u know I'm a regular come on now!!!!!!

This location has a sign up saying bathrooms are temporarily out of order. This is a lie. The sign is always up. This location does not follow corporate policy of having public bathrooms. B

Eric was so helpful. The canvas machine was down but he gave us a great idea on frames. It turned out better than we could've asked for!

Usually I have had bad experiences at this Walgreens but the manager was so sweet and took the time to help me with a product and I just have to say I really appreciated it bc it did start to get busy. I did end up going with her recommendation which was and it was a great choice!

This is a review for the pharmacy that apparently if you don't pick up your prescription within 4 days they give your order to someone else. They had placed an order for a chamber and mask that wasn't in stock I got a phone call 4 days ago saying it was ready I go today and was told it wasn't in stock again. If I they had told me that my mask was gonna be given to someone else within days I would've made sure to go pick it up.

So tired of the pharmacy dropping the ball. Telling me there are no refills on prescriptions when the dr sent a years supply, just the month before.Not having the medication in stock and having to wait a week or go to another walgreens., on a monthly script.And waiting til pick up to tell me that they don't have it. This is asthma and diabetic med. Then give you attitude when you say something

I recommended my visually impaired brother to speak to a pharmacist about his cold symptoms. The pharmacist suggested a medication for him. He then asked her, could she tell him how much to take and how often to take it. She tells the BLIND man (with the white cane) to read the directions. Who does that??? This was at 4pm on 2/4/23.

I’ve only had positive experiences at this walgreens, especially at the pharmacy. There is usually a good size line to pick up prescriptions, but you can tell that the staff does their best to get through the line quickly with a limited number of employees.

Fill your prescriptions somewhere else is my advice. everytime ive had to go there everyone either has an attitude or wont even acknowledge you until youre like UHM HELLO HI. trying to call them and actually talk to someone is a whole other story. i assure you, you'll spend your whole lunch hour on hold

I've been shopping here for 15+ years and never faced such a bad experience like today. The cashier, Anahi, kept looking at me from head to toe constantly, her attitude was extremely sad for such a young age, and when the transaction was complete, she just said, "You're receipt is right there."That's such a bad way to represent such a huge chain company. A customer should feel happy and leave satisfied but I left completely upset after experiencing such rudeness.

The managers treat you like trash if there undertrained lackeys can't answer your question or do there job proberly and they have to get off there phones and do work and not browse Facebook or other non work things which I see them do everytime I'm in there. Long lines all the time. Undertrained register people. Nothing but panhandlers and druggies outside begging all the time.

Great customer service. Cashier on the phone the whole time... usually cashiers will say something like when transactions are complete..." thank you have a good day, we appreciate your business, come see us again"....turns back and walks way with head in phone

The MOST incompetent pharmacy staff in existence. Having to call and tell them how to do their job every time I have to pick up a script. The "manager" is just as useless and Delaying people's medication due to their inept staff is inexcusable. I have become physically sick every time they delay my medications due to the fact that they are incapable of processing insurances. Absolutely ridiculous.

There must be new employees from the time the other reviewers wrote. Employees are helpful and attentive, I always go to pick up my grandparents medicine, prices on products are a little expensive but it's the only store close enough that has the hair products I use.
