Place is truly a hit or miss, either you have sweet and kind interactions with the women that work there or a completely rude interaction with the owner man that makes you not wanna come back at all.

The women who worked there were very kind to me and helpful. The owner, however, is unbearably rude. I read the reviews about him before going and thought it couldn't be THAT bad. It was. i couldnt believe what i was seeing and hearing from him. He was berating his staff, and yelled at me for standing supposedly in the wrong area while trying jewelry on. I was there looking at jewelry for my wedding. I had to step in while he was speaking so disrespectfully to a female employee to tell him that she was doing a wonderful job helping me and i was really enjoying her service, to hopefully get him
to back off. I am worried about the young women that work there and i really hope they are okay.

One of my favorite place to shop on a lay over in Chicago. Great selection of vintage one of a kind pieces they have gotten better over the years . I bought many of my favorite vintage items from this vintage store. It’s a hit or miss but with vintage that is the thrilled of vintage shopping. Salespeople are always pleasant and willing to help and they have a vintage shop upstairs but u have to read the tiny sign . I miss it however the salesperson working that they pointed out to me so it’s worth the look . It’s a lot more space but I am sure it will be more goods . So it’s worth checking it out .

Very friendly and helpful staff! They really go the extra mile to help you whether that’s opening display cases to having a deep knowledge about the items they possess.Additionally, I really appreciated their candor and humility.?

Amazing selection of jewelry. Some were higher priced and some were fair as well . The only thing is the employees and owner hover like crazy . I felt like I was rushed and couldn’t try anything on without feeling uncomfortable.

This was quite possibly one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had at a local business. I am a luxury collector of bags, jewelry and scarves. I stopped in today to browse the selection of vintage scarves and one Chanel in particular I was going to purchase. When I tried the scarf on with the female sales associate, the owner screamed at me from across the store. She apologized and stated he doesn’t “like people trying them on”If I am going to spend $300 or more on an item you better believe Im going to see how it looks on. Instead of being yelled at like a dog across the store, I could have been approached in a better way. I have never put my credit card away faster and left a store.Carlos is rude, disorganized and I will not be back.

dont leave your leftovers here, they will eat your food and laugh in your face when you tell them you left your food there as they eat it right in front of you. both the owner and sales associate. they will barely apologize, while laughing, and will not offer you any sort of coupon, reimbursement, etc. unfortunate because they have nice jewelry, which i had just so happen to purchase not even an hour before going back to retrieve my leftover food. let it be known, this was not a sandwich you can cut the bitten part off if, this was a bowl of noodles, with my fork in the bag as well probably. which is just quite gross. do with this information as you will.

I literally just left the store and needed to write this review. I stopped in to casually browse some bags and ended up finding the most beautiful glass beaded purse. Their selection of glass beaded purses were so vast and beautiful. The staff I worked with were so kind, helpful and not pushy at all. If I had more time I would’ve spent all day looking through more of the bags and jewelry. Great experience overall and I’ll definitely be back
