Super clean inside and friendly staff. I came to wash my queen comforter as my dog threw up on it and my washer couldn’t fit it. I left my comforter and came back :) overall i had a great experience and would def come back !! Comforter is also super clean and stains came out!! :)

Staff gets 5++++ stars. Friendly and helpful. No additional quarters for dryer. Convenient tubs to take bags to and from car. They do not deserve stars for the hand washing sink. There is barely a drip of water. They could add a few more folding tables in the areas which are in disrepair. Some areas with dryers is very hot with poor ventilation. Some ventilation is also needed in the bathroom. With some effort from the owners, this could be a great 5 star place to wash.

I go to Village Laundry once a week to do laundry for my family of three. It's always tidy, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! There's an ATM on site, as well as vending machines for snacks and drinks. My kid even enjoys coming to do laundry with me because there are several quarter toy machines where she can get trinkets and treasures!The washers are fairly priced and the dryers are free. I can wash a week's worth clothes for two adults and one child for $10.50, using the largest washer to wash it all in one load!Laundry supplies like detergent and dryer sheets are available for purchase on site, but the price is relatively high for smaller than normal items - you're much better off to bring your own supplies.Some minor downsides include:- While there is technically a restroom, it's nothing more than a toilet in a closet, and really not pleasant to use. I consider it an emergency only solution.- There are limited seating options. The majority of seating is provided by several benches, which can fill up fast during busy times. There are a handful of chairs scattered about, as well, but they are claimed quickly!- The space seems to be tidier in the mornings than in the evenings. It's never dirty, but I've noticed that when I go in the evenings there are more dryer sheets on the floor and carts scattered around.- The parking is a bit sparse. There is street parking in front of the store on Western, and a small lot behind the store. Most of the side streets in the area are permit parking, so be careful where you park!Overall, if you're looking for a place to wash your clothes, you should be perfectly happy with Village Laundry!

Even though I have a washer and dryer in my building, they can't handle those large loads, which is where Village Laundry steps in to save the day.First and foremost, the cleanliness of this place is outstanding. The laundry floor is consistently being cleaned, and the attendants take their cleanliness seriously. Their friendliness and personable attitude are definitely worth mentioning.The machines have been impressively reliable. I've never run into any issues with the washers or dryers. They are well-maintained and in excellent working condition. This kind of reliability is a blessing when you're relying on a laundromat to get your laundry done efficiently.Admittedly, it can get busy but that's par for the course in a bustling city. It hasn't been a significant issue for me, and I've always been able to get my laundry done.In summary, Village Laundry is the laundromat you've been looking for. With its unwavering cleanliness, friendly attendants, reliable machines, and close proximity to my apartment, it hits all the marks for what I desire in a laundromat. THIS REVIEW IS NOT FOR THE LAUNDRY MAT. THE LAUNDRY MAT AND THE STAFF ARE 5 stars!!! This is for the cleaners.I dropped off a coat about a month ago to have some buttons sewn on. To comeBack to it balled up sitting on the table!!! Not one single button sewn on! She tried to make me pay Il front and when I did not. She never did the work!!! I had to ask for my stuff back!
