It says villa opens at 10 am on Friday’s. Unfortunately me and my cousin had to wait outside for about 20 minutes past 10 am and it took for a man to yell through the glass to ask the young lady in there if they were open. She then said “we have no one to open” like WHAT!!!!!! That’s horrible customer service so therefore you get a bad rating. PERIODTT

There was a sell going on. Was in the market for some shoes. Size 13. Multiple styles looked at only one style had a pair I could fit. Nike is not my brand due to I have a wide foot. But that is all that was available in my size. Not 100% satisfied but it will get the job done. So will the store.

One thing I'm gonna say is you're gonna lose a lot of business to city sports if you dont change your customer service talk to your staff you can't just talk to people any kind of way so instead of spending the $500 I had there I decide to go to City sports and I tip big I'm not a store shopper catch me online so when I do I require a lot of help so when a woman comes to your store you shouldnt tell her drop the hood it's very unprofessional disrespectful
