Jennifer was very personable. She made sure we were comfortable with converting our old phones to our new phones before she closed up for the night. She also handled other customers at the same time without ever making us feel like we were put on hold while she solved their issues. Great multitasking skills!

Henry finished the process of getting my phone set up. Somehow in the shuffle, my insurance on the phone got deleted. He called the right department, and got everything set up straight.
