Recently ordered an iPhone, Apple Watch, and iPad. I ported my number by myself, but was having issues with the apple watch. Basically, verizon says you can have a separate line for the watch, or use the same one as your phone. I followed the prompts on the website, and subsequently in the watch app on the phone, I could not get the watch to be it's own separate line, it was working but it just kept using the same number as the connected phone. What verizon doesn't tell you, and that you find out on Reddit forums later instead, is that Verizon/apple require that the watch be set up like it's for a different person for the "Stand Alone" line to be functional (None of this is explained while you are making your choices while ordering the phone). This means that a lot of the features of the apple watch simply won't work, because it now thinks it's a different person using the apple watch. For some reason the phone customer service people don't know this. So she set an appointment for me at the Verizon company store to, and assured me that the folks at the store would be able to help me. They could not. The first thing out of the dudes mouth was instead, "we are going to charge you 29.99 to set up your Apple Watch." And I'm like, you mean the Apple Watch that I have set up several times and am trying to get assistance with. The Apple Watch that I reset, because your CSR said that would help speed along the process when I got to the store. They just out here trying to rob old ladies to do nothing, I think. That being a failure, I had two other things I wanted to get done during this visit. I also wanted to change the number attached to the iPad, and wanted to turn in the "Trade-in" old phone. I am there for maybe 5 minutes, before the clerk tells me that they can't help me with any of the things that I came in for, you know, the things that I told the customer service phone line people I needed help with. The store can't do anything but sell you stuff you already bought. And charge non-tech-savy folks for services that they clearly can do themselves. Verizon website says you can "trade in" your old phone at any Verizon company store. This is a lie. Verizon says that you can have a "stand alone" phone number/separate line for an apple watch. This is also a lie, as you have to register it as a separate person, which defeats the purpose of having the watch. I want a credit for all this waste of time.

Whatever you do...do not go to this store. My father passed away and I went to this store to see if I could close out the account. Verizon rep in the store told me the account was closed and had a $0 balance 2 weeks ago. I should have gotten this in writing. I just received another bill from verizon and the staff there was completely unprofessional when I returned today. The manager there kept telling everyone including me: "this is above my pay grade and can't help you, call customer service". My dad was a verizon customer for 15+ years. If I could give this less than 1 star I would.

Came in to trade out my galaxy z flip 3. Its the second one I've had and its had major issues, the screen bubbles up, etc. One particularly rude specialist told me to peel off the protective layer (not recommended by samsung, it can damage the LED lights) and said his is fine. Not sure why he was defending this poorly reviewed phone that has a class action in progress... Not very helpful in finding a good alternative for me. Overall 0/10 experience at this location.

Refused to take a trade-in despite the app stating you can bring the trade-in to a Verizon store.

False promises to get you out of the store. Verizon support has completely lost all credibility. This carrier is NOT what it used to be. Go somewhere elseWas scammed out of trading in my devices for half the value. Original agent who sold my phones promised the $830 credit, once I sent in my old devices I was credited $415 because the original rep told me incorrectly. I sent in 3 devices and lost over $1,000. Verizon offered me a $50 credit. Dianna did not help at all

We've been to this Verizon many times over the years, and we've always come away thinking we were getting one price and getting billed for all kinds of extra stuff, but it's our local store and we only are there every few years or so. This most recent experience was by far the worst in terms of customer service. The fellow who was helping us looked so much like he couldn't be bothered that 'helping' isn't quite the word for it. He looked thoroughly irritated that we wanted to buy a phone. We knew what we wanted and it wasn't a situation where we even meant to take up much of his time. After figuring out our trade-in value and setting up the purchase using our own Verizon app, he told us we'd be charged for setting up the phone. Then he walked away to help another customer without saying a word to us. What's more is he told us he was the manager! We were standing there for 15 min in a store that was not crowded at all. Finally the other fellow working there got our phone from the back. He was fairly friendly. He said all we'd have to do is turn on the phone; I asked if my phone number was in there and he said that it was and that it was all set up and ready to go. He said Verizon or Samsung or whatnot was going to mail me a box to send back my old phone for the trade in.We got to the car and realized the box was still sealed, which seemed odd if the phone was already set up. Upon turning it on, it was NOT set up, and I had to go through all the steps. We ended up calling Verizon and had to use their tech support to make sure we got it all set up correctly on our plan. That fellow was quite nice and accommodating, but it took some time. He had to set up the trade for me because it WASN'T set up for them to send me a box, meaning we would have been charged the full price on our bill.I hate leaving 1-star reviews because it's so black and white and uncreative, but there was not one redeeming thing about the experience at this store. The so-called manager even balked at my desire to go to the smaller-sized phone. I work in customer service and have most of my life. There is absolutely no excuse for the undlfriendly and horrible service we received.

I scheduled a drop box pick up here when I wasn’t sure if I’d make it by 7p - drop box is 24/7 - I arrived right at close and saw the they were locking up. Even though they were closing, the team member came out and confirmed my pickup. Excellent service.

WORST EXPIERIENCE (MUST READ)!!. After one of the employees messed up and signed me up for a subscription I never agreed to, I came back multiple times and each time was promised that the problem would be fixed. Instead I kept getting charged and when I finally tried to cancel, Verizon sent a bill saying I owe thousands of dollars!!! IM WORKING 2 JOBS AND I DONT HAVE THE TIME OR THE MONEY TO KEEP COMING BACK TO THE STORE. Please can someone contact me for help on how I can finally solve the problem.

After my situation then coming onto yelp to make a review I can totally understand why this location has 2.5 stars. Story time. I was in target across the street running errands with my newborn baby. when my phone signal was loss and my phone said SOS. I have a long day ahead of me before going home so i pulled out of target and seen Verizon. THANK GOD I thought. I go in and was immediately helped by a gentleman. He asked for my number then asked for my ID but I did not have my id physically (left at home) I had a picture he told me he couldn't take that because of his manager and stated "would you like to talk to her "maybe she can help" insinuating something can be done. As soon as I told her I don't have my id but I need my phone. Extremely rude Tone "I'm sorry there's nothing we can do for you you need your id because there has been digital fraud going on" she walks away. I'm frustrated at this point so as I walked out with my baby I mouthed the word B***h to her because well... she was acting like one. Besides she's lucky I didn't say it out loud. I have some class. Anyways,Worst customer service ever. I go in my car come back out to her (because I know my rights as a customer to this company for over a year) and ask her to find me the nearest Verizon by my house so when I get my id I can just go because I have no gps since my phone is saying SOS. She says "I'll help you even though you called me a bitch" I told her yea you should she says "it's for the baby not you" I say "OK Diana" I relax because she is helping me find another Verizon. She sends me to Milwaukee and Ashland. I leave and I'm just like let me try my luck and not go get my id and see if this Verizon is nice enough to help me figure out a solution. On my way im just thinking "im so ready to leave this company how could she not do SOMETHING AND SHE SEES I HAVE MY BABY WITH ME" As soon as I go in on Milwaukee everyone is so welcoming. I tell the guy my problem and he immediately try everything he can. Without my id. he reboots my phone , takes my sim card out puts it back in does some other kind of reboot. And BOOM PHONE IS BACK WORKING. He reminded me that not all Verizon's are bogus. Because I'm telling you they really almost lost a customer because of Diana. Regardless of my attitude (because I was having a bad day) as corporate company you are SUPPOSED TO HELP THE CUSTOMER. PERIOD. And be understanding to customers having a bad day. Your supposed to try and make it better!!Whatever fraud situation yal have going on has nothing to do with me. Don't send someone home without a working phone we are in 2023 lives revolve around the phone. ESPECIALLY when you see they have a baby with them. I wasn't asking for a whole new phone. I wasn't asking to start a new account so all that extra verification bs was uncalled for.

rude, impolite, unprofessional- as stated by others, Chris was all of those things. came in to switch from t-mobile, and i was told i cannot refuse the $17 insurance for the iphone; that i cannot call other businesses to see if they had the iphone case i was looking for while i was in their store. 4 staff members were staring at me and pressuring me to spend $250 on product i did not want or need, but that i would get credits to my account. i told them i didn't feel comfortable with 4 people crowding my girlfriend and myself telling me to buy their stuff and that i cannot call another store (?) then after explaining it to me terribly, i said i didn't completely understand and Chris, the manager, said well this is the deal for slow people, maybe if i ate some food i'd get smarter. after i declined the piled-up bundle of items i never wanted, one associate stared at me and said why don't you want it it's only 50$ it's basically free. i said because i don't want it, and we had the alpha male sort of stare down for a few seconds. what the hell is with this place? how are they still employed? absolutely terrible and awful experience. emotionally draining. wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Jason is so accommodating. He helped in everything from analyzing my bill, canceling my one touch account, to sending email of cancellation of contract from my previous provider for reimbursement.
