!!! DO NOT GO HERE, 3RD PARTY SCAM verizon location!!!! Make sure to get a receipt when being charged for the sales tax for a new phone. I was never given a receipt and later find out i was charged $200 that I will "get back" as a part of the $830 promotion I am supposed to already be getting. Manager lied on the phone saying corporate locations would only give a $610 credit anyways so this location gave an "extra $220" but they charge you $200 for it. I confirmed with multiple corporate locations that this is not true. Corporate locations will give $830 credit without charging a $200 fee. The verizon corporate worker even told me that he tells everyone to steer clear of third parties - total scam managers name was Alex M he completely lied. You would think they would want to keep a customer happy and just give back the $200 but no so now it has been escalated to the loyalty team managers as an investigation. AGAIN - do not go here unless you want to be lied to by managers and have employees not be able to explain charges they add onto the sales tax phone bill. Going to corporate location = $830 credit, going to this scam location = $630 only because they steal $200 of your money without disclosing anything. NEVER going to a 3rd party or this location ever again.

This place is a joke. And I don't mean funny. Good luck if you buy something here and attempt to return it. They sent me on a four mile walk to another Verizon store only to be told I couldn't return it there either...I'd have to call Verizon. Have you tried calling Verizon? I'd rather walk four more miles. Update: Take it from a 20 year Verizon customer who's never posted a negative review on anything before: Be prepared to wait on hold endlessly if you're calling to get a "return kit."

Ethan was great! He took care of me and to another customer at the same time. He also had to call to customer service for fixing something in my phone. I didn't give 5 stars because I went back after a few weeks to get router to my new address. The new employee thought it would be nice to convince me to take 2 routers ($45 every month for each router) when I wanted to get one router and one extender ($45 a month for the router and $200 one time payment for the extender). when I got home I opened only one of them to see if one router will be enough. 2 days later the new Employee called me and asked me why I didn't connect the other router. I told him that I have them for one month with no charge and so far one router doing the job. A few days later I went back to return the old router (from the old address) another new employee told me that I need to go to the other location (10 min drive away on North Ave). I went there but they told me that I need to call customer service to get a return label. it annoying that they have a miscommunication between the stores. So I called to customer service and a very nice and helpful guy answer me and told me that he is not recommend to have 2 routers and that the extender is a great idea. also he said that because I didn't open the box, They should receive the box from me. let's see tomorrow.... (I think I will try to get Ethan's help). UPDATE: Don't go to the store if you have a problem because they will tell you to go to a different location and the other location will tell you to call to customer service. go to the store only if you need to buy something. by the way, Verizon's customer service is great!

Kelvin was awesome at the Clark/Wellington location! He was personable, and not pushy while being i formative. The whole process took about 20 minutes. Go see him for your upgrades!

Marcel and the team here were amazing. Best Verizon store experience I've had in awhile, something was wrong with my old SIM card and they spent a ton of time trying to solve and showed a lot of patience working on the issue and were able to rectify the issue.I'll be happy to come back here with no reservations if anything comes up in the future.

I walked in because I have been having issues keeping my cell service. There was a slight wait as there were multiple customers being helped by Demarcus at one time! He was very knowledgeable and let me know that I was able to upgrade it just wasn’t something I was looking at doing for the time being. Once he had time to assist me he was able to have an E-SIM installed and it has been working since. Thank you for your help Demarcus!

I was really satisfied with the advice Demarcus gave me about returning to Verizon. As the process went on and I had to make several phone calls to get my credit unfrozen and my phone unlocked, Demarcus was able to calmly guide me through. By then I was impressed with the customer service I was getting. Happy to be back with Verizon.

I came into this location to get some questions answered about my new phone. even though I didn't get my phone from them, Marcel was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. even though they are an authorized retailer, he took the time to make sure I was taken care of. great experience!

Kelvin rocks. I had a service problem with my phone and he not only got me a new one overnight shipped, but informed me of an upgrade that got me a new iPhone 15 and Apple Watch for FREE. also, y’all kept throwing in accessories for the delays it felt like my birthday i think I walked away with $200+ of free tech accessories. Thanks team, you all a real ones!!

Kelvin was amazing! I’ve honestly never had an experience with Verizon that was less than 30 minutes and painless before. He was kind, cracked jokes, and made the experience effortless.
