I went in to get help because my phone was not charging properly. I was told I could either buy a new phone or contact my insurance. I left and went to another Verizon store because the Apple store was closed. When I got there someone promptly took out a small device and cleaned out the charging port for my phone, and began charging again. A month later I get my phone bill and see an increase of $40. The customer service person at this location signed me up for an additional home device plan without my permission. Please check your statements after doing business at this location.
