Terrible service, the store was locked the manager had to unlock the door for us to enter. Which he looked bothered to do so. The store smelled like weed. To manager had action figurines all over the store with signage labeled do not touch. I was under the impression that we were at a Verizon store not a anime store. While I was looking around I noticed that and there was no phones out for the public to view or test out. When I brought that up. The manager had a nasty attitude. Store was dirty, smelled back, and had terrible customer service. This is a total complete 360 from the previous management that they had which was splendid. You used to get warm greeting walking in. Now you get a cold death stare. Do better Verizon!

What a sweet hard-working guy. I wish I knew his name. Go when it opens tho, or wait a looooong time. Everyone who goes here, either has a broken phone, or needs a new one. This interaction takes a long time per customer. If they only staff it with one human, we'll that's Verizon's fault, right?

Bad service. I had a 12 PM appointment, walked-in and another person walked in behind me. Employee attended to the second person first while I waited and I had an appointment while the other person did not. After waiting about 20 minutes, employee asked how they could help. I explained an offer I received from Verizon, the employee said they don't honor those deals at this store and I would have to go to another store. Don't waste your time here.

The last 2 times I have tried to come to this store to buy a charger and then to buy a new phone they were closed during posted business hours and I was unable to make my purchases from this store.

Mark was fantastic. Stayed open an hour later to ensure that I got the phone I needed, and dealt with angry customers before me in a really calm, professional manner. Above all else, just a really nice guy. Happy to shop there again!

person behind the desk just asked me to come tomorrow even when there were 1.5 hours before the store closing time. also he lied that store closes at 5, when google says 8 pm, idk whats wrong, you are saying no to a new customer

First of all, they need to update their hours on here, and also the Verizon site. I'm not one of those jerks who show up just before close intentionally. But the hours were wrong. I came at 5:48, and they could easily have completed what I came for - I prepaid hotspot SIM card, within those 12 minutes. But he just gave me the thousand yard stare behind his desk, clearly giving zero Fs. If I could give zero stars, or infinite negative ones, I would. The sign says, "If you have found this store closed during scheduled business hours, please contact our home office for assistance. 1-888-271-3677." Dang right I called it.

Everyone here is super nice, but they really should post when they’re open or closed. I’ve come here 3 times in the last two weeks and it’s been closed during business hours. I much prefer to go here than the other Verizon stores though since I don’t feel like I’m being pushed to buy anything though!
