Where is the negative star option? Worst customer service possible… I think the entire store was trying to get fired, maybe they just want to stay home and collect unemployment because I’ve received better service at McDonald’s! I felt like a criminal for trying to return my phones because I received new one a for my business, as a promotion! Not a “hello, not a my name is”… when asking for the sales associates he refused to give me his name and conveniently enough the manager was not in… when asking the other associates his name, they refused and looked blindly at me! All 3 associates and the security guard said nothing, until I threatened to come back and report them all. Sylvester with his tails between his legs finally gave me his begrudgingly. I just switched to Verizon and am hoping I didn’t make a mistake. ?

Employee was very happy to help and very friendly. I ordered 5g home internet to be picked up in the store.
He knew my name when i told him I was there to pick up my device! All he asked for was my id and i showed it to him and then gave me the device and instructions in a bag. The fastest visit to a wireless store everrrrrr !

I’m a business owner. Last year I went in to add a 2nd phone & line to my account. Both of my phones are used for business. I was paying $200 a month for the last year. I went in this past Friday to cancel the second phone and add a second line to my first phone. The sales rep then informed me that there’s a discount for business owners. Now my bill was only going to be $65 a month. He said the people who sold me the other line last year must’ve just forgotten to mention it. probably someone was lying.
On top of that, I went to check my account today and they never canceled the old phone line that I had requested be canceled and there is now a charge on that account.
I just tried to call Verizon customer support and that was a mess so I’ll be going back to this place to get it sorted in person.
I suspect they were lying at some point because when I bought my previous phone at another Verizon store, I wanted to pay 100% upfront. I was told by the rep at the time that I was not able to do that but rather I would have to sign up for a payment plan and then I could pay everything after I’ve been billed for the first month.
Come to find out from my brother who used to work for Verizon that the rep who sold me my phone was lying. They get a bigger commission for signing people up for payment plans.
Update: 06/04/2024
I caught the business manager (Juan) in another lie today at this location. When he sold me the business Internet at 39.99 a month on 05/31/2024 I asked him, explicitly if there was a contract. He said “no. you can cancel it anytime.”
I went into the store today to deal with the issues I previously mentioned. I double checked the Internet service I purchased and found out that there is in fact a 3 year contract. And should I wish to cancel that contract before the three years is up I will owe Verizon money for the equipment.
The other issue I had was that I had made an appointment for 11 AM today in Store in order to deal with all of this. I had to wait 15 minutes and then Sylvester put me on the phone with a Verizon account rep and then Sylvester walked away while I had to deal with the issue by myself on the phone for 15 or 20 minutes. He did eventually come back around after I requested help but what exactly is the point of making an appointment in store if they’re just gonna put me on the phone again and make me deal with the issue by myself?
I look forward to finding other service options .

Sylvestre is amazing!! He really spent 3.5 hours helping us get the best deal on our phone and changed our plan to be the best for our family. We saved money. He was an excellent employee and very patient with all of our requests. I am very happy with this service. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had!

I had the best experience with Sylvestre! He went above and beyond in helping me with setting up my new phone and trading in my old phone. After running into a couple of issues, he even stayed beyond his shift to continue helping me. Due to the store closing, he advised me to come back the next day, and we figured out the issue! I believed he helped me for over 4+ hours, and he was super patient, professional, and affirming that we will figure the issue out! It was super overwhelming and stressful, and I really could not have done this without him.
If I ever have an issue, I have no doubt that I will return to this location knowing that Sylvestre has my back! This was the best and all-encompassing service I have received from a Verizon store. Thank you so much!

The manage Juan was able to help me with the right Hotspot for my business. Kevin helped me solve the problem from a year ago that no one had been able to solve at Verizons Stores.

Sandra and Raquel help me switch both of my business lines over , transfer my information for my two previous phone, and get us a new business Apple Watch. Excellent service from the very beautiful women. 10/10 will recommend this version very nice vibes from everyone in the store as well

I made an appointment online. While at the store I worked with Sandra who was fantastic. It was a little hectic as the store was dealing with Wifi issues and there were several rude customers in the store at the time which adds to stress. I was having some issues accesing some information, but Sandra remained pleasant and very helpful troubleshooting and identifying work arounds. Which ultimately led to a great outcome for me in regards to getting a new device, not having to mess with my bill, and the new cost of the phone!

Came in with an issue with my SIM card and a replacement phone I had, and Kevin worked through it despite a few hiccups. I waited maybe 3 minutes to be seen and my problem was solved.

Amazing customer service!!! I would like to specifically mention Kevin, Nick, Juan and Claribel who took hours out of their day and helped me resolve a very complicated issue and negative experience I previously had with a third party retailer. Kevin, Nick, Juan and Claribel were nothing but kind, respectful and professional--it was nothing but a positive experience. I will only be going to this location from now on!

After ordering a new phone online, never receiving it and having various frustrating customer service calls that were going no where, I went in-store where the team went above and beyond in helping me get this issue resolved. It was a long process with most of the customer service reps on the phone not being helpful, but in store Sylvestre had a kind, problem solving attitude and helped ensure I successfully got a new phone. He over communicated with customer service and held them accountable to solve the issues, and he stayed true to his promise of calling them the following day to ensure they did indeed fix the problem.
With the proactively of Sylvester and the in-store team like Alexie, I was able to get a new phone. So appreciative of their support and troubleshooting!
