I took my grandson to get assistance with replacing his phone which he dropped while at a local carnival. The phone was insured. He needed help with the process and the staff didn't seem too interested in helping him.
I stepped outside with my cell phone and was able to complete the replacement process for him. My grandson's new phone is on the way to Gramma's house.

Save yourself time & $ by going to Verizon direct on South Loop vs this reseller. They were dishonest about prices, left incorrect charges on my account and promised credits that were never applied. Disappointing.

I am terrible with remembering names, but I went into the store today because my phone had reset and I was not able to fix it myself. The gentleman assisting me was wearing a hat and training someone new as well and was very friendly and informative. He knew exactly what to do to fix my phone and also offered me an extra perk on my account. These are the type of people that make a difference and why I will come back to this location!
