Never thought I would be leaving a review for a Verizon. They’re like comed and gas..necessary evil. However I was pleasantly surprised at how patient they were working through the problem (it was a mess up with corporate) and how nerdy-knowledgeable they were about their products. The store and their staff get 5 starts but Verizon corporate sucks so that’s why I only gave them 4 stars.

Save yourself a headache and just order your phones for delivery so you don't have to deal with these staff. Congrats to the workers at this store for allowing me to cancel my pickup order and realize it's time to move to ATT.

Had a problem with my Samsung phone/camera and issues with my Data plan. Anthony stepped in and did all he could to allow me to lower the resolution on my photos which are huge files. After more than 30 minutes of trying many things, it appears that the "new " phone doesn't have that option. He also helped with increasing my data plan and explained the mysteries thereof. I appreciate his patience and perseverance on trying to fix the problem.

It is very difficult to come across good salesmanship.. let me start of by saying Dani was an absolute stellar saleswoman! Walking into any place to purchase anything can be intimidating but the GM Mayra and Dani were sweet, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. Im personally in sales. Coming across people that care is extremely rare! Thank you Ladies! I will always come back here for help,

Not worthy of one star. Customer service is seriously lacking. Lied about promotions after their tryout period when it was too late to cancel told me I didn’t qualify. Told me to go to store for paper print out of bill. Came to this location 4 employees lazily hanging around, not sure why they told you to waste your time coming but wait for bill to be mailed out, now mind you we all know USPS. I’m glad I left! Go to T-Mobile. Verizon service is overpriced. Issues with “perks” was charged month after month for Hulu on my card and Verizon bill. Took several billing cycles to address. Avoid.

Max helped me do my phone trade in and find just what i was looking for! on top of that they helped my family save money on our whole plan by upgrading to 5g. the rest of the employees were also very nice

A stuck order on my account recently left me without service for several days. When I tried to seek assistance with this from a representative at the 4000 N. Cicero store on Saturday, the manager, who was not wearing a name tag, said that I need to call tech support myself, despite not having working phone service, she said she had no time to help me, and she said she had no room in the store to help me. I interpreted this as her fat shaming me and was very upset -- I should not face harassment for my size from your store manager just for seeking help with my service, which I have paid for 14 years. If I ever experience anything like this again from a Verizon employee, I will be switching my phone service to Xfinity.I went to another Verizon location, 4265 N. Harlem, and was promptly Assisted and had my service restored. I should not have had to take extra time and go to a second store to seek assistance.Because the store manager at 4000 N. Cicero refused to assist me, I missed work because my job requires me to have a working phone for 2-step verification.I repeat, I will switch to Xfinity if I ever experience service like this again and I will be telling friends and family that they cannot seek service at 4000 N. Cicero due to the hostile and negligent store manager.

Is there a way to contact someone there . I bought a phone and the screen cracked before I made it home... the screen protector didn't protect it . You had no case there , and the one I ordered didn't make it in time.. very frustrated.. I'm not in Chicago and I need to find a way to contact someone at the store.... help?

Yesterday I had the worst experience I ever had a an corporate store. I went into the store and wasn't greeted, I almost had to engage the customer rep for I assistance. Max, I believe his name was just stared at me for a few minutes and then asked what I needed help with. I explained to him that I was planning on removing a line and adding a line, with which he replied I needed to contact customer service and proceeded to stare at me. I asked him if he was ok because he wasn't engaging with me at all. He said yea he was fine and stared some more. I told him he was supposed to ask for my number to pull up my account and go over the other part of what I needed, which was to add another line and possibly 2 phones. He shrugged at me and just said nothing. Upset, I told him it was cool and I was leaving. I've been a Verizon customer for almost 20 yrs and have never dealt with anything like this. This is completely unacceptable.

Please read the other reviews and do not waste your time going to this store. I've been a customer for many years and i've had the pleasure of working with different stores and have NEVER had this horrible customer service. The only person that was very nice and welcoming was an African american gentleman who was trying to find ways to help me. I came in trying to add a new account with a phone to my current plan. Beware and find another store.

I went in to the Verizon store at 4000 N. Cicero and they weren’t able to help. Luckily I decided to go to another Verizon store and they were able to help. This is the second time I’ve had to go to another Verizon store for help. This is one of the worst stores I’ve ever had to deal with. Don’t waste your time going to this store. The other stores are much better.
