I stopped in here after stopping at almost a dozen other stores looking specifically for a bottle of Uncle Nearest, but also any great local bourbon that I could be pointed in the direction of, as I'm in town from Florida. Not a single one of the many stores I stopped in prior had anyone who seemed to be knowledgeable on the inventory and friendly, Vas Foremost was a totally different story. When we walked in we were greeted by a woman who wanted to know what we wanted and if she could help us find those items. She wasnt familiar but immediately got another gentlemans attention who took us right to the Uncle Nearest (if u are in Chicago and looking for it, they have 4 more bottles) and he then pointed me to a great locally distilled bourbon that was Fantastic. Highly recommend going here, wide selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff and great prices.

Pete & Pete & Staff run this finely tuned operation. Cashiers and Floor Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly with regular clientele product needs, welcoming and friendly to new customers, and the reward program is worth signing up for.
