Don’t buy from this company. They mislead customers on an advertised 64% discount on feather sectionals & sofa for Black Friday but, when you attempt to check out you get no discount. The price of the feather sofa is the same price that has always been listed. I sought customer service help in their online chat & the lady, Tonette offered me $50 off of a $2,000 sofa.They are also currently offering a buy 2 get 1 free but, there’s not much to choose from because a lot of their inventory is out of stock, & has been for weeks.Also, they keep you waiting in their online chat, even though they claim to respond immediately.Awful customer service. Don’t buy.

I called this establishment on Thursday to get a price check of a full size box spring after the man check the price which was told to me $90 I went that Monday to purchase it the price had jumped up by $60 no I don't think so I believe they tried to cheat me

When you come in they are very friendly, but the moment something happens they get VERY RUDE. I fell and hurt my arm and leg in THEIR store. I was told I had to seek my own medical attention and bill them. They told me they had no first aid supplies and that I had to call 911 AFTER they promised my Godmom whatever she wanted. Once the ambulance got there “the one they told me to call”, they told me the deal was off and to get out. I will NEVER buy anything from this store again EVER!!

I won’t be back there. I was treated VERY poorly after falling in this establishment. Even in small establishments, there should ALWAYS at least be a basic first aid kit. The employees kept walking away from me and my child had to have them to check on me. Some people love what they offer, some don’t. Don’t order furniture from the book and be very careful if you decide to order off the showroom. Even one of the employees said that the furniture from the book is “not good”. As for me and my dollars….. WE WONT BE BACK

Poor customer service, promised scheduled delivery multiple times when my partner and I followed up, only for that promise to be broken and furniture not delivered. We had to make arrangements to take off of work to be present on the day of the scheduled delivery. When we contacted customer service the most that they could say was “sorry”. Can’t rate the furniture because I haven’t received it, not worth the headache of paying a few grand for something and to get below average service.

A driver at this company threw an egg at me while I was on my way to work, quite embarrassing to have to show up to a meeting with egg all over my suit and tie. Quite frustrated that I had to have my clothes specially cleaned.Come to find out that the company knew about this for months and did nothing about it. There are about a hundred other stores I would recommend you buy furniture from before you do so here.

This business has allowed one of their drivers to roam the city in a box truck assaulting people for weeks.When confronted the business owner has lied to the victims. First claiming the person was a temp hire, not an employee. Then I called and they claimed they were renting their trucks out during all the incidents. Shocking considering the Facebook group formed to catch their employee has reported dozens of incidents across the city.All these incidents didn't come from one person renting the truck. Stop the lies and take responsibility for how you let your trucks be used.
