Friendly and courteous staff. Easy to work with and no pressure sales person. This is my 2nd time shopping at VCF but the 1st at this location. I would definitely go back if needed but I think my home is set. Thank you Dennis!

I bought a sofa at the beginning of July, and it took over two months to deliver—missing a part! It still hasn't been fully delivered, and their customer service is the worst I’ve experienced in Chicago. The salesperson is also doing a poor job of fixing the situation. Don’t buy from them—the next customer being disrespected could be you!

I hope this reaching you in time before you buy furniture and warranty from this establishment. I bought a reclining sectional and extended warranty from this Value City Furniture about 3 years ago. I paid couch off in 6 months through a payment plan they offered there in the store at time of purchase. After paying this couch off, my life and sectional have become a living hell because of VCF and it's "warranty program". The sectional has had the same part of sectional replaced going on 3 times. The leg extension part of recliner was replaced without a wood support that had cracked and has not been working properly since. The motor has gone out on one the recliners and one of the leg part of recliners is not closing properly. This coming appointment will be their 3rd time replacing the same leg extension part on the same couch. At what point does VCF rule out the warranty program/company and realize its probably cheaper to replace recliner than to keep sending someone out to evaluate situation, then order part and then send someone back out to install parts. Also keep in mind I have to keep this eye sore of a sofa for over 3 months waiting on replacement parts and evaluation of sectional. Then another month before they send a installation person out. Potential buyers beware...please read this post before purchasing from VCF.
