My brother and I went in there completely not looking to buy, just to have a look at what pieces they had in the store. Dave and the team were more than happy to facilitate us and it was a really special experience. We saw some insane watches, an Overseas Tourbillon was my highlight. Left with a VC catalogue and a huge smile on our faces.

My wife and I came to view some pieces that were not available. Our salesperson (Naomi) didn't let that stand in the way of showing us a good time. We sat in the private room and tried several pieces to learn more about the history of the brand. It was such a special experience that my wife was even pleased. (She hates me dragging her around for my watch obsession) We were invited to come back anytime for a coffee and visit. The whole group was so kind.

Just had an absolutely amazing experience stopping into the Chicago Boutique! Extraordinary service, attention to the client experience, and the apparent motivation to develop significant personal relationships. I was able to try on a variety of timepieces, talk watches and history and perspectives with multiple people. Just amazing. Thank you!

Treated horribly the second I walked into the showroom. Everyone giving me attitude making jokes assuming i can't afford their watches. I would have rather been at a car dealership dealing with that this was horrible professionalism.

I came in on a Sunday afternoon to get my Longines Aquaconquest band/bracelet resized and to remove a link after receiving it as a gift not too long ago. I was greeted by an extremely friendly client advisor, Patrick Duffy. Patrick was extremely helpful with the issue I had. Not only was he persistent on helping me even though the shop didn’t necessarily have the required Longines tools, but he was also very fast, accurate and effective with the resizing. He even made sure to let me try it on a couple of times to make sure I had the perfect fit. After he finished, the watch fit like a glove with not a spec of damage, you could see it was resized by a professional. All in all, I had a perfect experience in the shop, meeting one of the most friendly client advisers, Patrick Duffy, and spending a pleasant few minutes in a friendly atmosphere in a modern, clean, and well decorated shop. Will be sure to come back to both Patrick and the shop again if my bracelet needs to be resized once more, or if I wish to purchase another luxury watch.Thank you for a such a pleasant experience.

Hello, I sent a vintage Vacheron Consitantin ultra thin circa early 1960’s off for full restoration via the Chicago VC Boutique. The watch was restored to factory new in a short time frame. Fantastic customer service given by a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommended. JG

Incredible buying experience. I highly recommend this boutique for the watch enthusiast. The sales team is fun, welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. No sales pressure whatsoever and they let you try on any watch you want. I walked in to look around and walked out with a Grand Seiko. Please ask for Ashley De Filippis. Her passion for watches is palpable and she is one of the best in the business.

Beautiful boutique for Vacheron and Grand Seiko that just opened on Mich. ave. Everyone that works there is super friendly and Ashley is the best. She is always genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. I have bought several watches off her and will continue to refer everyone I know.
