Thank you V for being so welcoming to my mom and I. We were first time shoppers and wasn’t disappointed!!! The food was amazing! I never thought to use ground turkey for the nachos. V has definitely put me on to that! The breakfast sandwich was top tier. My mom said the fish sandwich, although a bit spicy for her, was delicioussssss. I wish I had pictures of the things we got but my stomach got to them first lmao. Thank you!!

I had a very pleasant experience with this convenience store. I had a pleasure of walking the block, happening to go in the store and find out that the owner was working. The shop was well decorated. It looks like it took a lot of effort to get it up to a state where it can actually be running. And I know that there is challenges within the minority community running at the store. We had everything that you could need for a convenience store, and some things that I did not think to ask, she also serve food, and was very open to being a part of the communityThere were so many benefits to being in space, having a conversation with her and being able to see her vision for what she would like to accomplish. They need more police officers in the area to patrol for break-ins, and this can be a thriving community area. West Woodlawn is a great opportunity so just make the community work . I’m so excited and proud of The even though I do not know her outside of the conversation we had at her store as I am working in the community. I hope to come back and leave another positive review and leave updates about how we can tap in to get more resources for her shop.If you have a time and would like to visit a cute shop that is hard to run in an area that is challenging please stop by show some support and show love for a hard-working person, trying to change the community
