Love the quality and selection of their shoes. High-quality and stylish for reasonable prices. I often have a hard time buying shoes as I either don't like the style or feel the materials they are made of wouldnt be comfortable but walked out of their store with two new pairs this weekend. Looking forward to wearing those over the coming Chicago winter.

Our first impression was their customer service. They were very helpful in helping my son pick out his shoes for school. He loved it. They have a good collection of shoes for both youth and adults. Pricing is pretty decent and affordable.

I am visiting my daughter who lives off Clark St.-just a few blocks from V-Italia shoes. My first day here I walked over 23,000 steps and got blisters. I went to V-Italia knowing that it looked like a place where I would get a good referral for appropriate shoes while I am walking around Chicago. I bought a pair of sandals from V-Italia that I have now worn for 3 days and they are comfy. I am still walking 10-20,000 steps every day, but I am not getting blisters from these new sandals. I would absolutely refer this store to anyone who wants a QUALITY pair of shoes at a very fair price.

The best shoe selection and reasonably priced considering the quality is terrific. Also, the handbags are a steal…Be prepared to leave the store with more than one item. This is a store you come back to year after year.

I bought a pair of V-Italia Brigida boots in red about a year ago and I loved them so much I bought them in black. These are by far my favorite boots that I have ever owned. I hope they get more colors in of the style that I purchased but I will for sure try some other styles. I highly recomend!

Hands down my favorite place to buy boots for the last decade. NOBODY has shoes like Vitalia. Always excited to see what new styles and revamped favorites are coming out. So unique and incredibly edgy.

I bought a pair of boots here about 4/4.5 years ago. I've worn them almost every day ever since, through Chicago winters and everything. I do very little to take care of them (though I know I should do more!), just get them shined once a year on the streets of Cusco, Peru...and they are just amazing to this day. Such good quality. Best pair of shoes I've ever owned and certainly the ones I've worn the most. Will have to go back so I can add some more variety!

Have ordered twice now online. My expectations were exceeded both times for price, quality of product and service. And I got a free pair of sample shoes with my order that I actually liked better than the pair I picked out. I am an older adult with sometimes cranky feet, need comfort, want some style, too. I get both with V Italia!

The world's most beautiful and comfortable boots! When I wear my V Italia boots, people stop me to ask where I got them. I've got back issues so gotta have comfort, but I also love style - these boots offer both. Also, amazing, thoughtful customer service.
