This is the worst post office in America. The employees are slow and rude. It’s been this way for more than 40 years. I hate this place. Drive to any other post office unless you hate yourself. If you hate yourself then come here.

Mail Carrier don’t do they jobs give people their mail 333. Arie is a good manager thanks to her she make sure you get your mail. God bless her they should promote her.

They are the LAZIEST non humans alive. They hate white peoples so you never get your mail. They should drug test them either that or they are ucking stupid and lazy. For now on everything except just mail I do on line. I will pay UPS or FedEx to deliver anything else. We don't really need the postal non-service. I would put no stars but you have to put 1 down. They don't even deserve 1 star.

The lady been either throws our mail or refuse to deliver because we have a bird nest above the door where the lamp is and there was a mommy bird and some babies in there so we refuse to take it down now she says we have to pick up our mail if we don't want it thrown at our door. Your really that scared of a birds nest ? The bird literally just flies away it doesn't bother anyone

Every time I come in this location they are friendly, fast and efficient. There is always a smiling face. I've been coming here lately for my small business to drop off my orders to customers. Never a problem. There is a post office not too far from this location that needs improvement but no issues with this location at all.

The letter carrier marks our packages delivered when in fact they don't get delivered. That is basically stealing. This has happened on two occasions within the past 12 months. And unfortunately all you can do is report it to the Inspector General. Then you will get no response. I believe the general attitude at the USPS office in Mount Greenwood is that you can just file a claim with the vendor and you should get another package. That's a problem because the employees should not be able to get away with stealing packages.

If I can give zero stars I would. This is by far the worst post office I have ever experienced. I do not get my mail. My packages are late. The managers are no help and the staff is rude. This has been going on for at least 3 years and it's getting worse by the day. I've even reported to higher up and still no resolutions

Nancy at the post office is the worst person in the world. She is so mean, tries her hardest to make everything difficult for everyone, won't get up, so t look for your package and refuses to answer any questions. I have no idea why they keep her. She gets complaints everyday. She hates everyone and everyone hates her. She should have been fired long ago. No idea why they keep her.

Nancy is the driving force behind why this place is TOXIC and just not ok. Avoid at all costs. Nancy is literally one of the most rude humans I have ever encountered.

My mail comes from there. I'm lucky if I get mail 3 times a month. It just sits there as they have been saying for over a year no one is available to deliver it. I go in person to pick it up which isn't any better. Twice a lady said no one is available to go in the back to get it. Once a lady came back with 3 pieces of junk mail. After 11 days of no mail that's all she can come up with. My bills are receiving late charges because I am not getting them. Don't let me get started on Amazon packages. My girls mother's day gift was late af! I'm currently 3 days late and counting on a package I'm waiting for now.

This has to be the worst post office I've ever had. Almost once a week I have to go get my mail myself since they will not deliver anything for 3-5 consecutive days. Even when going into the office to get it myself the staff states "they don't have time to look for my packages" that are now 4 days late. Sometimes one of the staff will get me my regular mail with some rude comments on their behalf.

The people working in this location have the worst customer service and the poorest people skills to work with customers. They are plain rude and disrespectful! I am in disbelief that humans who act like savage animals are still employed here.
