These folks have a tough job dealing with people who have little knowledge of how the system works and they’ve always been super helpful when we had lost packages. Thank you!

Garbage service. They only had 3 people on duty. 2 of them just walking around doing nothing while one person focused on passports. A perfect demonstration of inefficiency, ineptitude, and an example of why the world despises the United States postal service.

I wish I didn’t have to give a star to leave a review! EXTREMELY RUDE FEMALE POSTAL WORKER. Unprofessional sign stating no walk-in passport services on Monday! Tuesday was supposed to have walkin hours from 2-3. We arrived at exactly 2 only to be told that information online is incorrect and they do not take walk-ins.
I could see several workers standing there having conversations but of no help!

They keep losing/stealing my mail. If someone sends me cash or a check I never recieve it. This is the FIFTH time now. I receive plenty of junk mail and even more junk mail for people who dont live here though. itsa shame, because there have been some real nice workers here when I've visited... but if Im continuously not getting important mail then I need to continue to avoid them and warn others.

Reid made my visit very pleasant today. As someone who is dropping off 20+ packages multiple times a week, I see every side of this particular post office. They have improved their processes over the past few months and I wanted to give a shoutout to Reid who was helping customers on the self service machine!

Always so rude here for no reason, this is the closest post office to me but I go to other ones in town just bc they seem mad at me for existing at this one. I get your job is stressful and there’s always a line, but that’s no reason to be disrespectful to regular people just trying to handle their business.

There's usually only 1 person at the window and they don't offer printing of labels or tape. They also close their windows at 5pm even though the location starts open until 7pm so make sure you arrive early. It could be so much better if they updated the location.

Seems like customers/people walk into this place already angry because of the 2 star rating. I witnessed 3 or 4 people shouting at the employees while I waited in line and the Post Office employees were calm, cool and collected the entire time.
Be kind to these employees, chances are you’ve come to this place underprepared and they’re just trying to help you out. Don’t take that out on them!

Expect to wait at least a half an hour in line for service here, if anyone is working at all. Not good.

Just kind of frustrated after this visit. I’m normally very patient, as I’ve been coming to this post office for over a decade. I came early to pay my P.O. Box last fall and wasn’t allowed to pay yet, then hit a rough patch and forgot about it. When I came back today it was handled with an attitude, which is even more upsetting considering everything I’ve been through. I was also told that the prices increase every January so now it’s almost $100 for a small box. Really disappointing.
Update: there are 2 extremely patient & kind gentlemen working at the counter as of late. I’m not going to mention their names as I don’t want to get them incorrect bc its been a moment (& I’m still trying to pick up the pieces of a once lovely little life), also ppl can be weird & I don’t want to jeopardize their privacy but they really made up for my last experience by being very informative & helpful. I really do love this location.
