Employee rudely shut the door in my face 30 minutes before the actual closing time, stating “manager said we are closed”. Another classic Logan Square USPS 0/5 experience.

These folks have a tough job dealing with people who have little knowledge of how the system works and they’ve always been super helpful when we had lost packages. Thank you!

Garbage service. They only had 3 people on duty. 2 of them just walking around doing nothing while one person focused on passports. A perfect demonstration of inefficiency, ineptitude, and an example of why the world despises the United States postal service.
