Why do they treat people with no respect? You work at a post office, humble yourselves. They’re going to meet people who put them in their place if they keep acting the way they do. Do not go here unless you like terrible customer service and people who think they can treat you how they want.

The worst customer service by a supervisor ever she don’t want to help find a package that was never delivered.Mail carrier is lazy leave mail all outside of mailbox when clearly names are on the mailboxes .Need a better staff that have better customer service and respects took my name and number down to call me back about a missing package never called back and now they not answering the phone.

I think this might be the post office where postal carrier rejects go to work. No issue with counter people. My mail delivery person on the other hand? Good God how is it possible to be this lazy?? Scanned delivered but no package reports have ruled my life for the past year. Never rings bell regardless of the 3 notes asking to please ring bell. Doesn't bring packages with, just fills out "oops we missed you" forms. Puts my package BACK IN OUTGOING MAIL. I have 5 apology letters since January. Now another "delivered" but no package. I'm not joking when I say I want to move to another neighborhood to get away from my carrier. Unbelievable this person handles such important information.

Quick service if you get there early in the morning. Sometime long lines with a 15 min. To 20 min. Wait . Friendly USPS ladies behind the desk , very professional.

I called them over the phone I give this lady the tracking number and I knew she was lying because I am seeing the info and she says a label was created meaning she didn't track the # I gave her/ When I told her nope that is not true she hung up on me/ Very rude and unprofessional if you don't want to do your job

Second Saturday in May food drive. More like food folly. No pickup, nor mail. Will drop the food off at a local food bank myself. Left the food out again on Monday, hoping it would be picked up. Saw mail person walking down street, bag still there. What a joke.

Trash. This place is trash, you're lucky if you get mail 4 out of 6 days, if you do a few times will be 6-8pm. rotating staff of pure suck, constantly have a different carrier since no one wants this god awful job, with every fresh body that works here they overload them, never train them, and make the dumbest decisions possible. Get the horses back, cause they would do a faster job, and leave less garbage lying around.

All the one star reviews are just the tyranny of the wronged, if you have a issue with the USPS its the policies/budget of the organization, not just this branch. This branch is great. Nice people, good service, clean, and LOTS of easy parking.
