These drivers are the only ones out of all delivery services that can't seem to find my home or my doorbell. Literally the worst. I've had to chase them down the street to receive my mail before. Remind me why these guys were so protected during the pandemic? We don't even need USPS anymore it's 2024.

A package was never delivered to me. They claimed that it was delivered at my mailbox. My cameras never detected anyone at 7:08pm in front of my house. This place needs to get investigated.

I called to see if they did notary so I could obtain a new birth certificate and came all the way across the city to get it done. The woman at the desk tells me that my ID is expired as I didn’t know that,I continue to tell her that my current ID is lost and the only way I can obtain a new one is by having a new birth certificate via this notary. She turned me away at the door with zero recommendation on what to do despite the fact that it’s beyond known that she would’ve in fact done it for someone that she knew. Now I’m without a birth certificate and ID. WHY do you continue to hire useless workers??

Left a package there to be shipped almost 2 weeks ago and it was never picked up by tracking. No one on site to ask about it.

THIS IS NOT A REGULAR USPS POST OFFICE LOCATION.I placed a package in the parcel drop off and it never got scanned in. As other reviews have indicated, there are no employees at this location.I called the USPS and they could not find this location in the system initially. We finally realized it was "Detached box unit" location. It is serviced by the Roberto Clemente Post Office at 2339 N California Ave. They said the drop box is serviced daily, but they weren't able to confirm where my package was. I would recommend just taking it to another post office to avoid the hassle.
