Very terrible customer!! My visit was 4/13/24. Around 10:30am. Very unprofessional from the clerk #1 and the clerk #3 Every visit I receive tape for box and never been charged. This particular time, I asked for tape. She gave it to me and the lady behind me asked the clerk if she could use the tape too. I gave the lady the tape first to be polite and after I used it I get to the counter and she says you will be charged for the tape. I barely used it because the box I got from them was already pre made with seal pieces. So i asked well if im going to be charged for tape don’t just give me the rest of small role left. Also, the lady wasn’t charged for tape. It starts to make me think she was being racist. So I asked to speak to the manager and she comes out with an attitude and her body language was telling it all. All I wanted to do was voice my concern about it and go about my day. She refused to give me the names of the employees or the clerk numbers and didn’t want to give me her name. She was very rude and kept cutting me off as I was trying to explain the situation. So I decided to go to another location. As I was checking out I told the employee mmy concern and she agreed and knew exactly who I was talking about. She said the lady is very rude and doesn’t know how to treat people. I will never go back to this location again. All the other reviews say the same about customer service. I will be calling customer service on this matter

TELLER LIGHT SKIN , VERY OLD LONG BRAIDS SITTING ON THE PHONE AND APPLYING LIPS GLOSS TO HER LIPS NEED TO MIND HER BUSINESS, SHE'S VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE WITH A DISGUSTING ATTITUDE AND NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED ,ON HOW TO CONDUCT A PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS IN THE WORK PLACE AND ASLO TO LEARN TO BE PROFESSIONAL SHE LITERALLY SAT AND ARGUE WITH ME IN FRONT OF MY DAUGHTER UNDER 18 WHO WAS NOT GETTING ANY SERVICE DONE AND SHE WASN'T IN LINE SHE LITERALLY CAUGHT AN ATTITUDE AND SAID HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT AND I INFORMED HER I WASN'T EVEN TALKING TO HER I WAS TALKING TO CUSTOMERS IN LINE THAT SHE'S A MINOR NOT GETTING SERVICE DONE she literally jumps in the conversation saying how I supposed to know that literally poor and disrespectful discuss the attitude and needs to be retrained on how to conduct business❗

Terrible experience, I went to get help with my change of address request. One of the employees there told me to call the customer service number instead. It turns out you can't even process a change of address request over the phone, it has to be done online or in person!

There were no customers inside, yet all the spaces in the parking lot were occupied. I had to park across the street and pay for the parking. When I asked the clerks inside I was told that they are not offering parking to customers, and the parking signs are 20 years old so they do not apply. I was also told that those spaces are occupied by the people working there, and anyway there are no customers coming in until 11:30. No wonder that this institution is falling apart. What a joke these people and their government institution are.

It snowed yesterday and where did i find my mail..wrapped in a rubber band next to a package they obviously threw onto my porch..soaked from the snow. I have a mailbox on the front of my house along with a storm door where they should of places the package..between the doors. Such poor work ethic!

Very very rude staff, asked me to get a piece of tape only because she wanted to charge me. How is it possible that there is no tape in the office. My sender had just asked me to give the package and not asked to seal anything. Super rude trying to exploit customers.

Never more then I counter clerk, and they never seem to be at the counter. Absolute nightmare when it comes to handling customers. The lady at the counter was awesome today, but just the organization is terrible.
