I requested a refund on 7-3-2025 for USPS services that were not rendered.
The supervisor, Ms. Cherry, was helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me with resolving the issue and obtaining my refund.
Overall, the window clerks at this location have been helpful and pleasant to deal with during the time I have been coming here.

Don't bother printing stamps from the self serve machine unless it's for a package; if you want a booklet or multiples - even of forever stamps! - it just prints out a barcode sticker for the exact dollar value that is enormous and ugly. Line for the tellers is incredibly long, too, so you're better off going to a smaller post office unless you're just dropping something off that already has postage on it. They were so busy that a kind security guard was helping an older woman with the self serve machine. That dude deserves a raise!

Okay normally I'm terrified of walking into a post office because of how miserable everyone is (it's a management issue I know but it just sucks) but I actually had a really good experience here!

I love this place. They have the self kiosks. Love being able to just walk in with my drop off, scan my barcode, paste my barcode into my package and drop off my items! Never have dealt with them losing my package or anything either! I think the staff are only rude to people because waiting in line just to do something that you can literally do at the kiosk is frustrating for them. I work at an environment like that as well & it’s interesting how people don’t read signs lol

I don't have anything to say about the staff since they've always been nice to me . . . I feel like the post office is usually a place where you just have to grin and bear it if staff is stressed and seems annoyed. It's a thankless job. That being said, the building itself a really cool Mies building that's definitely worth visiting to see the surrounding plaza and Calder sculpture.

Why is zero stars not an option ? The staff are the most rude humans I’ve ever met. This was my first time here. I understand the rating now. Had an easy return with QR code to scan. I didn’t reseal the bag to assure they didn’t want to check it first. When I confirmed she didn’t need to see inside , I ripped the tape and folded it over. Less than a second ? Her : why didn’t you do that before. You are wasting so much time. With all the ridiculous sighing and body language one can imagine. I told her simply it didn’t waste any time. I’m glad I don’t need to use USPS often. 🙄

Hopefully you don’t get Ron. He yelled at me for asking if he could repeat what he had said and then he through the lady’s package that was standing next to me. I let him know I’m hard of hearing but he didn’t care. Must’ve been having a bad day.

Two stars for the personnel, who could care less. Maybe they don't like the color of my face or maybe they don't like their jobs. They definitely do their jobs, but you can tell how much they hate you in their mannerisms. I am happy the USPS still has a physical location. Five stars for all of the automation the USPS has put into place so you don't have to deal with the staff, security guard, or the slow lines

If you need to get your passport done - GO HERE! I came here after having two other post offices cancel my appointment last minute, and I just wish I started here. Professional and efficient service, I was in and out very quickly!
