Extremely rude mail carrier, she’s a racist and started insulting my father because he doesn’t understand English. We put the mailbox in-front so she has accesible space to drop off our mail. Yet have received no mail. She’s a liar and always complaining to my neighbors about my dogs but my dogs aren’t even outside. Further more the manager is very helpful and polite nothing against the manager it’s just that mail carrier who is disrespectful but if it would’ve been the other way around she’ll start making a big scene

I'm in the post office waiting to be serviced and the clerk is on break . It's about to storm and I want to make it home before it rains . There should be someone to relieve the person who is working the front . Since I've been waiting 3 people walked out without being seen.

I see Why this mail office has a 1.9 star rating, been trying to get a package for 3 weeks, said it was delivered today in a parcel mailbox, but no package! They sent it back the last time! I swear I'm going to the alderman!

This post office decides to have my mail build up before delivering it. Instead of delivering on the day mail is received. They make to personal decision to have the mail build up until they feel it's enough mail to deliver.

This location is terrible. Their systems are ALWAYS down. Due to them being “down” the workers are NEVER at the desk. You ALWAYS have to ring the bell. They come to the desk looking drained and over the day. They are sometimes on the phone. I’m not sure why even have this location open of the only thing you can do here is get mail from your P.O. Box. Just make it a PO Box location only because it’s not good for anything else. One of the worst locations.

Good evening my name is Andrew Tucker I revived at 5949 South Justine the mailboxes on this building are no good but I do have a mailbox with my name on it located on the first floor left hand side of the building I would like for my mail to be delivered in the mailbox what's the name of Tucker on it today I get home it was raining and I got an important letter that was soaking wet even though the mail will get wet if it's in my mailbox it wouldn't be as soaked I've asked the letter carrier to put my mail in the mailbox with the name of Tucker inside the mailbox several times I don't know why they would use a regular mailbox to deliver our mail with no name on it not just my mail my neighbor's mail it's only a few stairs to let her carrier has to walk up please deliver all my mail for the name of Tucker 5949 South Justine first floor in the mailbox on the first floor left hand side thank you I really really appreciate it!!!

On 5/24/2023 I walked in the post office and first thing I do is get my packaging together. I walk up to the counter and notice the sign saying clerk is on lunch from 10am to 11am.. You all open at 9am. How is this possible? Should have taken a picture.

My packages are stolen all the time and the letters do not arrive at my home, they sent me a check from Facebook and 3 times they stole the letter, they never left it in the mailbox!!!!

Bad service I haven't received my mail for more than a month, I went to the office and they didn't help me, they canceled all my packages and didn't deliver anything, one star is a lot of bad service.....

This place needs to be closed down. When I entered to drop my mail off the customer service rep was arguing with a lady and being extremely rude and disrespectful. The rep did not have on a postal shirt yet she was African American with all purple on with over ten gold chains on her big neck she was a heavy sized woman with a loud voice also she had a low hair cut. A sign was posted that the SYSTEM WAS DOWN all while not informing the customers in the lobby. I asked to drop my mail because I already have postage on it. She said if I keep talking she would not take my mail. Then states my mail had yesterday’s date on it. I said Ma’am I prepared my mail last night to drop today. She then says that’s stale mail this post office does not have to take it. I asked to see this policy in writing she snatched my huge bucket of mail slammed the door and would not return the bucket to me, I asked for her name she said all you need is Miss Young. I flagged the police down the officer provided me with the postal number to report employee misconduct. I contacted them gave a full description of what happened. Also went on line and filed a complaint. This lady does not need to be allowed to work in customer service. She does not need to work with the public because her behavior is inhumane. No employee has the right to verbally abuse consumers especially elders with such disrespect. This is not a good look for USPS your employees have no customer service skills and I will Never do business with that post office again.Miss Young is a horrible reflection of The United States Postal Service located on 65th Ashland. This PostOffice is the Very Ghetto no type of respect for there customers. And they let the mail carrier give ur mail to who ever that's standing outside on da stairs. But who ever the mail belongs to.
