Terrible customer service! The manager on duty Saturday morning on May 18th was absolutely no help! I had 4 envelopes that were not being delivered and she had NO SOLUTION to get my envelopes delivered. I see why the average stars at this place is 1.5.

Filed a claim about missing my daily mail,
I receive notifications about daily mail same day
Filed a claim and i get a call telling me they are sorry about the situation and carefully doing the route today, And still problem has not been solved it’s been 2 Months not receiving my mail.

Worse post office ever!!!! I wish I could give them zero stars. I Was working from home one day and noticed a sticker on the door that I missed a delivery. THEY NEVER RANG THE DOORBELL. So I request a redelivery, never happened. I call them and they can't find it. Finally they do and I tell them to hold it, I'm on my way. I get there and there are 2 women "working". I'm the only one in line and neither one acknowledged that I was there. They just kept talking. Eventually one of them helped me. I wish I could day this was an isolated situation but it's typical for this location. There have been TOO MANY instances of packages being out for delivery, and I don't get them until several days later, after I have called up there several times. HORRIBLE SERVICE. but they don't care. Funny thing....I did a Google search for the worse post office in the city of Chicago, and ABC 7 News did a report on the top 4 worse ones, and guess who was on the list, this one. Not surprised.

On any given day the system is down. If the system is broken how about get a new system. Very irritating to hardworking people in the community

The best customer service ever I walked in the lady clerk #40 was the best never have been to usps with such friendly service it a little far for me but it worth it she greeted me she showed me would best work for me thank you for such a lovely service

Zip 60652 .....Normally don't write bad review. Last year good service for what it is. The mail person is wonderful. The problem started @ 8 months ago, when the normal mail person isn't in, due to circumstances, the service breaks down bad. Example this week, staying home because of Covid19, so am home ALL day. Decided 2 week ago order things we needed online, 5 items total. This week, normal mail person is out. 5 items supposedly delivered, am at home. Where not delivered, but tracking says yes, NOT. Went 3 times to post office asked and told " will be on truck out for delivery" NOT. Spoken to 3 individuals, kind and assistive, but not getting packages or mail??? Am out time and money spent on products not recvd.Really need to review the service there. Most mail persons are hardworking good people, BUT this system here is broken down and getting worse.Update; After all the things about Covid. Mail delivery has gotten better. Still occasionally some issues but getting better.
