I was asking if I could leave the prepaid package on the table. And the staff was not answering me back even I asked twice. And she was not doing anything. And when I made a noise, she answered back like 'why don't you know that idiot.' Is this a proper way to deal with customers who did everything by my own? Or is the staff just a racist??? Awful experience I ever had in USPS.

The person who did my passport acceptance is lovely and very helpful although there was some details that were missed in applying for an expedited passport. I was told by her that I did not need to send a travel itinerary which is incorrect. She also put the copy of my birth certificate in the packet when it should have been the original. She even felt for the embossment but sent the copy. I lost a day in processing because of the itinerary error and just had to overnight the original birth certificate at more cost to me and also added stress not knowing if my passport will be here in time for travel. I'm traveling for a month and have paid for all my flights (10) and hotels (4) I hope my passport arrives soon

Do not get here at 8:30am and expect the location to be open. The PO Box will also never be open at 8am m-f.

i stood outside this location from 8:25am to 9:15am on July 1st. There were at least 30 people who came and went waiting outside with me. There was no posted change in hours, no posted holiday closure, no explanation as to why they weren’t open. I had to mail my rent check, but I was made late to work already and couldn’t wait any longer. So I wasn’t even able to get my letter in the mail.
This is a quasi-government agency that needs to be terminated. Of all delivery services in the US, USPS is by far the most inconsistent, has the rudest employees, and basically non existent customer support. This location in particular is notorious for rude and unhelpful workers. No notice was given for their inability to open, so I’m assuming it could be attributed to these rude, incompetent, and uncaring employees. Shame on USPS.

This particular postal office, Graceland, is the worst place to do anything. The employees are arrogant, rude, lazy, sloppy and very condescending to the customers. They yell at you ... mock you ... laugh at you. They do not want to work .... any type of mailing ... domestic and especially international .... they balk at it. They are the worst postal employees I have ever encountered. It is like walking into Hell when you go into that place for help. There is a need for an overhaul at Graceland. I am hoping that the Post Office does something with the Graceland location. I am done with Graceland and will go to another post office location only hoping that it somehow will be better.

I send a letter or a card every month to my grand babies. I mail them at the same time. 8 out of 10 x, I mite get it & the other won't. I get them back alot also saying no mail recipients. Now the stamps are going up in July to 73cents for service that it terrible! I've went to my post office where I live, to complain, they said I needed to contact his postal service. Very upset. This been 4yrs this has been happening.

Why is every USPS the 7th circle of hell? Why do I have to pay for materials to ship a package when USPS has run out of their own? Why is Carolyn so, so mean?

Friendly staff. They processed passport applications for my family. They made it feel smooth & seamless. They were a pleasure to work with.

I don’t blame the postal works for the antiquated methods the USPS requires for things to be filled out, they type it into a computer, then apply a sticker printout to your mail. What i do care about is friendly customer service. Today i encountered what must be Satan’s spawn incarnate. Beyond rude. Wearing apple ear pods so no wonder she can’t hear anyone. Unnecessarily taps her pens and practically chastises customers for not being an expert at the myriad of mailing requirements. The words please and thank you are nonexistent for this wretched human being. I watched her do it for over 10 min while I was in line. I found myself in the unfortunate and unenviable position of having to go to her counter. At one point she raises her voice practically yelling “close it up close it up close it up close it up!” And i had no clue what she was talking about. She got defensive when I asked her not to speak to me in that tone. That’s literally all I did and she wanted to stop serving me and move me to another employee. Do your job. And don’t be rude. That is the bare minimum. If you do not like your job and are unable to not be rude, find another job. Everyone who encounters you, you make their day worse. Go back to the pits of hell that Satan brought you from.

This post office was listed as having a start time of 8:30am and also as open. When I arrived at 8:50am on 5/2/24, the doors were locked and and the office dark. Is this post office closed? Update the Google listing, please.

The customer service here is just garbage

The employees here today relished in being condescending to the patrons. They are striving to be as unhelpful as possible while technically still "working." The average DMV employee puts these folks to shame when it comes to customer service.

The lady working there is so incredibly rude. Wouldn’t answer any of our questions about adding extra postage to a letter or not, just absolutely did not care to be there. I would recommend any other post office until she is fired.

First time coming here for package delivery and the staff were kindly, respectful and helpful. Definitely will be back for another service next time.
