If I could give less than one star I would. Usps and specifically usps Chicago specifically discriminates against service member's ability to communicate with their families. They do not follow their own regulations and don't process any cellular device sent to military personnel. The process is ignored by staff with no response to inquiry. Usps is specifically not the service that you should use for anything military service member related.

Мy package arrived at the post office, Address: 440 W Colfax St, Palatine, IL 60067. the package was for delivery, 04/01/2024. and I was waiting to receive it. I did not receive my package. 04/02/2024 I went in the morning and looked for the package. I spoke to the super visor, he promised to get my package the same day. I did not receive the package, I checked my tracking number and it turned out to be returned to the seller.the police did not help me even though I wanted their help to get my package.mail service is very bad.this item cost me $558.00.

Hello, we’re close to filing a class action lawsuit!CORPORATE SHOW YOU HAVE A BACK BONE AND GET IN THERE AND GET THE SUPERVISORS TO DO THIER JOBS RIGHTThese package handlers are losing everyone’s stuff!! THEY NEED TO BE SUPERVISED.Again I’m close to messaging lawyers and I know plenty of them.To many delayed packages here and lost and stalled items.I’m for sure going to be the one who files suit.For anyone reading this comment stay tuned you will hear on the news and on the internet in the months to come that theirs a class action lawsuit.

Time sensitive package sent to the other side of the country for the weekend. Twice. I never have high expectations of the USPS, but the level of incompetence here is truly astonishing and probably intentional.

My wife's passport arrived there 5 days ago from the consulate and it keeps bouncing around instead of coming home. She has a work related flight in less than two weeks that she will miss if she doesn't have it in time.Update: the mail arrived. I recommend make sure to report an inquiry. And as soon as the inquiry is expired (and you still have no mail), file a missing mail report immediately to ensure you receive your mail.

Profoundly bad. Took over 2 weeks to deliver a certified, time-sensitive legal document ACROSS TOWN — from a post office in Chicago, to a PO box in Chicago. It was supposed to take 2 days. The tracking system lost it entirely. It's a miracle it ever arrived.

My very first passport was lost and when I called the location they told me it probably got shredded in the mail sorter because of the non-traditional envelope size and that it happens all the time. That was a year and a half ago, but I still can't get over this. It's just so ridiculous. Lol
