I love Michelle and Pam!!! Very friendly, great customer service. I feel like they’re family since I seen them weekly to pick up my million delivered packages lol they’re a perfect team!!!

Very inconsistent. And why can’t they do passports when no one is in there but them no customers? Oh but they can be on the phone saying some “hey girl!”. Hire people who actually want to work.

EXTREMELY RIDICULOUS. Went inside for my passport appointment today. Yes, APPOINTMENT. They laughed and giggled between one another and hit me with “our system is down”. Never seen LAZYNESS at it’s finest. To the two ladies that are working today Saturday, March 16 2024. Go find another easier job. I’d hate myself as well to wake up and have to put up an attitude like yall did to me today.

It was assumed off of my appearance that I didn't speak English but instead of asking if I spoke English just proceeded to speak louder. Also obvious lack of professionalism when discussing how to fill out forms. Agitation at basic questions

..discrimination in a place with many Hispanics.

My interactions with the staff at this location have left much to be desired. Unfortunately, I observed an unprofessional attitude among some employees who seemed overly confident and, on occasion, displayed a mocking demeanor when customers made mistakes or overlooked details.Despite returning to the same location for a mail-holding service during my recent trip, the issues persisted with the same set of employees. The consistency of poor service and the unchanged behavior of the staff only added to the disappointment.If it were possible to rate this experience lower than one star, I would. I hope the management takes note of these concerns and takes steps to address the issues at hand. As it stands, I cannot recommend this location based on my repeated unsatisfactory encounters.

If there is 2 mail boxes please stop putting our mail in just 1 box the guy doesn't give us our mail sometimes we have to dig it out the garbage!!!

I stopped by Saturday in the morning and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The staff member that helped me mail my passport was patient and so helpful. I was pleasantly surprised! By far the best experience I've had at any post office!

Does what it's supposed to do which is good. The people are really nice there, the lines can be overwhelming at times but with the low staff I completely understand
