Within the last three months my fathers checks towards his payments have not been arriving and because of that he has been receiving late charges and rolling invoices. This is three different occasions and my dad is taking the penalties even though he submits his payments on time. Checks are either getting lost or stolen within this location or within the process. Proper letter handling builds trust with your customers and unfortunately this is disappointing.

I needed to send two certified letters out of state. I specifically told the rep “I don’t know how to send out certified, never done it. What am I supposed to do?
But thank you for taping the post it notes onto the envelopes, instead of telling me to get out of your line to do a, b and c.
I paid $10.16 just to have both letters SENT back to MY address instead of where they needed to go.

Why are you so incompetent? Is there any supervisor checking on this office? Late delivery, missing mail, false reason not to delivery, worse Phone assistance. They put you on hold and never come back.

Carrier constantly enters false information about why packages weren’t delivered. Do your job instead of being lazy and only delivering every 3 days, I might as well pay for a PO Box at this point.

Missing mail , mail send back to sander without a reason . I went there in person to ask what's going on with mail delivery and they said there is no issues... yea ... I have a issue... my mail is constantly missing. Credit cards .. Driver Licanse send from Secretary of state and so many other pieces of mail.. we need city officials to look at this post office and someone need to answer

I was there just 2 days ago looking for my package, 4 days there, no one can give me any reason for it, the woman who helped me was young but she didn't know. What he did because practically his response was that the packages were out. Without her searching the system I looked around the back. Speaking suddenly he came out saying your package is not here. What a bad experience

The service has always been abysmal, there's maybe one good person working here but I haven't seen her in a long time. Everyone else will make it seem like they're doing YOU a favor for doing their job. It doesn't matter how pleasant or nice you are with them they always look and act like people coming in are an inconvenience.

I’ve given this office 1 star just because I had to rate in order to post. This office have poor service they don’t cover their carrier when they are off for vacation days. If your carrier on vacation for a week you won’t receive mail for the whole week. One you contact the office to inform them they act as they aren’t aware of this issue. I’m contacting my local Alderman office tomorrow morning to address this matter

Terrible customer service. This office needs to revamp. I wanted an update on a package that is LATE. There is no update on their system. I'm ALWAYS respectful! The clerk didn't even bother asking for a tracking number and dismissed what I explained to her. If you don't like your job, don't take that misery out on those who you're supposed to service.
