Person that delivers the Packages for the grid area of Central/Grand, Fullerton/Austin IS STEALING THE PACKAGES!!! 3X Marked delivered, no package, no truck in sight... Just incase you see them...

Why are you so incompetent? Is there any supervisor checking on this office? Late delivery, missing mail, false reason not to delivery, worse Phone assistance. They put you on hold and never come back.

Carrier constantly enters false information about why packages weren’t delivered. Do your job instead of being lazy and only delivering every 3 days, I might as well pay for a PO Box at this point.
