Awful service. Came in for passport renewal photo and waited for 30 minutes for the photo to be cut and given to me. The women who took the photo would come to the opposite counter look at me and then disappear to the back.

A younger African American gentleman helped me out and made sure I had everything correct and answered all my questions for passport renewal, it was an overall good experience.
