Well I’m 60651 zip code and our mail is always late or doesn’t come through until every 4 or 5 days and I have cameras so I can tell it’s not good because important mail is always lost! Hopefully it gets sorted out.

Someone there is a thief, and the postmaster doesn't want to do anything about it. Hope this helps. Just get yalls packages thru Amazon and pick it up if possible.

Not the first and won’t be the last but WHERE ARE MY PACKAGES! I keep receiving updates that a package was delivered and whenever it’s an earlier than usual time I know it wasn’t indeed delivered. Will always get package a few days later with the mail. A stack of mail and packages will liter my front yard. I’ve complained over and over about the carrier but obviously nothing has been done about it. So fed up with this carrier and the office that covers for this person. Terrible service.

The only thing consistent about the post office in America is that they will remain inconsistent. Imagine The sanitation workers forget to pick up your garbage. For weeks they haven’t been delivering my mail on time. It come when the workers decide to actually deliver the mail and do they job

Horrible I've been waiting on my package seen Monday i haven't received anything i called they put me on hold saying my package is out for delivery i still haven't received anything there not doing there job i have not seen no mail person around at all I've checked my cameras and they haven't been delivering anything they full of B's then they have attidue bunch of lazy as worker so rude and unprofessional SMH

This is a terrible post office very unprofessional running the mail carrier isn't delivering my packages or he is stealing them they don't answer their phone I hope they automate this post office I feel nothing for these people to lose their jobs

This is another post office who needs to reevaluate their employees and revamp. I haven't gotten mail in almost two weeks, and all the clerk says is "it's out on the street". So, mail I was supposed to receive 3 days ago is still on the street?? At least make an effort to check if it might've been delivered to the wrong address. Pure negligence and they couldn't care less. If you hate your job, resign. The crazy thing is, it hasn't always been this way. Smh

I can’t believe this location has TWO stars?!? I absolutely HATE when my orders are shipped via USPS because I know there is going to be a hassle! Haven’t received mail since September with no notification until I called asking why. Packages are being marked delivered, yet they are taken back to the local office. One package was marked as delivered but not delivered to me. It was a huge box marked as “put in mailbox.” HOW?!?And the utter lack of professionalism when dealing with the clerks… They make you feel like you’ve done something wrong for coming into the service center and causing them to do their job! The clerk with the locs is the worst! She needs to retire/resign because she OBVIOUSLY hates her job and is not a people person. I’ve talked to two supervisors {Ms. Phillips and Jordan) to no avail… I don’t know what to do at this point!!

Don’t understand why Amazon using this service to help them. Whatever lady answered the phone was rude. They been having my packages hostage for three days. Waited yesterday all day for them to say they attempted to deliver a package. Lies!!!! No one came. Very ghetttttoooo service here!!!! The ladies that work there are rude, worn out, and need to be retrained or fired. Just because you work in the ghetto doesn’t mean you should act like it!

After they are slow, very bad service, I have ordered several packages and they deliver them to anyone at my door when it is not safe and when I go to complain, in addition to the bad service, they never resolve me.Right now I'm waiting for two packages and one of them they said it was delivered to my address to whom because it wasn't to me.I think that those who work there need a professionalism course because none of them have it. I think they should change that staff starting with the manager and put people who are really professional and friendly.

I hope supervisor see this. I live at Keystone Ave and lemoyne the carrier for this street alway throwing packages really rude on the yard. My mailbox is a post mounted mailbox and she always doesn’t opened the door all through so the mail can go inside. I have found it opened or on the grass.
