This is the slowest and most dysfunctional post office location I have ever had the bad luck to frequent. I've waited 30 minutes in slow lines while staff members walk around behind the glass without attending more than one window, other times their system is down and they can't mail anything, and once at about 4 pm the location was empty as I waited for 10 minutes, knocking on a window, until a janitor informed me both workers were on lunch and would not return for 30 minutes. If you actually need to mail anything, go elsewhere.

I genuinely despise this post office. I never get my mail anymore this is ridiculous. It’s been over a week since anyone in my building has gotten anything. I never get my mail until I put a complaint in. It’s always mail from weeks or even a month ago. It’s ridiculous

I almost never receive my mail regularly anymore. It comes twice or three times a week, at most. My mail has gone missing and I have been contacted multiple times by various agencies being told that I never responded to them (because I never received their letter to begin with). This place is absolutely horrible and inconsistent. My two packages were marked off as delivered and yet nowhere to be seen. I was also home all day by the door and did not see a single mail carrier come by. The only mail I received was from someone who lives a block away. They received my mail to their address because the carrier was not paying attention. Do better. It’s the 21st century, hire competent workers.

This post office is HORRIBLE , if I could give it zero stars I would.The women working in here are LAZY , RUDE AND NON HELPFUL! I don’t know who is doing the scheduling but your breaks should not be back to back. Multiple walked out because the woman was on a 30 minute break at 3:30 in the afternoon, very unprofessional. There definitely needs to be something done about the staffing here.

I went in around 4:15 PM on Wednesday. After waiting in line for about 15 minutes, I asked for a book of stamps, the woman told me they don’t sell them (lie). I told her I bought them there before (that’s true), she said they ran out. Ridiculous that the USPS refused to sell me stamps.

…checks, my license plate renewal sticker, my new debit card, and other important parcels never delivered. There needs to be an investigation done on this post office.Update- Also. Christmas cards and credit card statements to the list.

They love to steal packages here. But God gets the last laugh!!Update Today is Christmas Eve and it states package in my mail box. Nothing in my mailbox. So is the carrier still stealing packages mostly likely. It’s very pathetic to steal people Christmas gifts.Im make sure she gets put in jail.Yeah I’m lawyer up

The standards expected for USPS are typically not very high, but this post office is far and away the worst. They consistently mark packages is being delivered when they haven't been, sometimes showing up two or three days later. I suspect that if it's not delivered within the time frame intended that it somehow reflects negatively on the mail carrier, so they mark it as delivered to try to keep their jobs.

This place is constantly delivering my package to the wrong address, the address is clearly label, but for some reason they are delivering my package down the street. Lucky we still have some honest people in this world, the lady who house the package was delivered to brought the package to me. This postal service don't deserve the 1 star, I had to click on the star just to post this review.

Terrible customer service! I called to track a package I didn't receive that had the incorrect postal code. I was asked to give the tracking number with an attitude and then placed on hold for half a hour just to be hung up on.

Outgoing packages take days to be scanned in, even when picked up. Unreliable and slow. Pick a different location if you can
