you’d think the postal service in a hispanic neighborhood (ie. kedzie post office) would have more spanish speaking employees i got to witness a women berating a customer for going out of her way to help spanish speakers you’d think she’d be a little more appreciative that the girl was making her job easierridiculous

I was at the Kedzie post office (60632) today (2/26/24) around 1pm and the woman behind the counter was yelling at a girl for helping translate for some Hispanic families. Every time I’ve gone in she has a horrible attitude with the Hispanic families because there’s a language barrier and she doesn’t have patience for them, she’s quick to dismiss them whether they end up understanding or not. I always feel uncomfortable with my parents coming to this location by themselves because they always tell me this woman is rude to them. The woman has green nails and curly hair in a pony tail. Every time I've gone in she sits in the chair to the left. The company has to do something about her or her attitude because yelling the same thing over and over is not the solution.USPS DO BETTER FOR OUR COMMUNITY.

I was at the Kedzie location a while ago and there was this Girl (customer) that was trying to help the Hispanic family translate and the lady behind the desk started getting upset with her for trying to help. She has such a nasty attitude ever time a Hispanic individual walks in. Shame on her.

I come here to drop off my returns and the lady extremely rude like if you don’t like your job then leave don’t take it out on people. Time to look for another location.

I went to deliver a return package today (sep15) around 9:40am, I was waiting for someone to come to the front desk , there was about a line of 7 people , MELISSA was in the back on the phone laughing and not paying attention to her lobby line. I was really frustrated I was late to work , it was really in inconvenience that she took that long to get up and attend us. Not coming back to this location might use UPS next time

Went for a passport appointment, and they were very polite, patient, and friendly, i usually experienced bad attitude at other usps facilities so i was surprisingly happy about their good attitude! 10/10 recommend.

The employees there are very hard-working and go out of their way in order to make sure that you’re being helped. I will considers this place the best location that I’ve ever been to. ?????????

It's 9:05 there is a line of 7 The doors are locked I am pretty sure these federal workers have clocked in so what is the hold up??

Who ever is in charge of this USPS location should look into how workers there are handling mail because just a few months ago I took mail and handed it over to an employee there . Know I just got a letter from where it was supposed to go saying they never received anything .Their also distributing mail wrongfully .

I have been this postal office a few times for mailing out packages and renew passports. The staffs are the best that I have experienced so far. Ms. Niecy took her patient to serve us for my daughter's passport renewal. The staffs from other post offices are mean and often give people attitude.

There is always ONE cashier at the registers while there is a long line + passport people always get priority to cut the line which makes the wait times over 30-45min. The employees are lazy and very unprofessional. Save yourself time and go to a different location

Pretty good experience as a small business owner Constantly shipping packages.they had no problem with me having a GoPro on my chest and recording my my transaction ( POSTER 7, And the Constitution allows me)However while standing in line there was a lot of Spanish-speaking customers that were a little concerned with their communication Renewing their passport because they didn't speak much English.the person attending that matter only spoke English. (Make them feel more comfortable)There was no problem with my transaction no were rude or demeaning attitude.
