Today I was at Kedzie Post Office Chicago, Illinois 60632
Seriha the front attendant,today was so rude I try to tell her that my package was not the original and ask her to suggest me witch package I could buy my goodness she was so mean to me!!! So sorry to bother you this morning ,Seriha you had a bad morning!

I had a package delivered today I received a notification that around 5:40 it was left in the mail box when I went to check it wasn’t there it was delivered at 7:50 and thrown over the gate the good thing was that my dog wasn’t outside my mom was outside when she saw they threw it over the gate this bubble mailer fits in the mail box this isn’t the first time something like this happens from now on when I have a bad experience with usps I’m going to post a review it’s not fair that stuff like this happens and that we stay quiet this is why change doesn’t happen they should start taking pictures of the packages be delivered just like fedex does

Amazing service!!! Staff are amazingly helpful. Will highly recommend this place. They guide you step by step and give great recommendation. Been in other locations, but this is beyond expectation.

Idk what it is about usps locations. Maybe it isnt well payed. Maybe too many hours. Maybe not enough ?♂️ but the workers really act and look like they just hate their job.

The person behind the desk (I believe her name is Melisa) was very helpful and with a very positive attitude, since the moment we stepped in she made us feel welcome and the whole interaction was very satisfactory.

This is hands-down the best post office I have been to in Chicago. I almost want to leave a bad review so that the word doesn’t get out and make this location more crowded.
All of the employees are super nice and there was zero wait. I showed up to renew my passport (and take the photo) without an appointment. They had the forms out there for me to use too. They accommodated me right away and I was in and out within 10 minutes.
I will definitely come back to this location again if I need to do anything specific at a USPS.

Tried to ship a box that we reused and blacked out the shipping label (which is allowed according to USPS). The lady was incredibly rude, shook her head and gave attitude and told us we couldn’t ship the box…. Rude employees and disrespectful. Do better xoxo Unprofessional disrespectful employees.

I went in for a passport appointment April 3rd around 10:40. The staff was very pleasant. The process only took about 15 minutes.

you’d think the postal service in a hispanic neighborhood (ie. kedzie post office) would have more spanish speaking employees i got to witness a women berating a customer for going out of her way to help spanish speakers you’d think she’d be a little more appreciative that the girl was making her job easierridiculous

I was at the Kedzie post office (60632) today (2/26/24) around 1pm and the woman behind the counter was yelling at a girl for helping translate for some Hispanic families. Every time I’ve gone in she has a horrible attitude with the Hispanic families because there’s a language barrier and she doesn’t have patience for them, she’s quick to dismiss them whether they end up understanding or not. I always feel uncomfortable with my parents coming to this location by themselves because they always tell me this woman is rude to them. The woman has green nails and curly hair in a pony tail. Every time I've gone in she sits in the chair to the left. The company has to do something about her or her attitude because yelling the same thing over and over is not the solution.USPS DO BETTER FOR OUR COMMUNITY.

I was at the Kedzie location a while ago and there was this Girl (customer) that was trying to help the Hispanic family translate and the lady behind the desk started getting upset with her for trying to help. She has such a nasty attitude ever time a Hispanic individual walks in. Shame on her.

I come here to drop off my returns and the lady extremely rude like if you don’t like your job then leave don’t take it out on people. Time to look for another location.
