Extremely rude against Latinos. Ive seen them have no patience whats so ever for anything as minor as Passport pictures with the ederly. Both the manager Matthew N. Long and the employees do not care about anybody outside the USPS. Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. I would avoid this location at all costs.

This is literally the best post office I’ve been to in my entire life. Maybe you have to go in the middle of the day on a Tuesday… IDK IDK. Great customer service.. fast moving line… clean and well stocked. 10 out of 10.

The friendliest staff I’ve encountered at a USPS facility. While there is normally one person working the service desk, (at least the times I’ve been there) she is always very patient and kind. She makes going to the post office a friendly experience.

I would recommend getting your passport photos somewhere else. The woman was so quick with the photo, didn’t even let me get situated and didn’t have the courtesy to let me know the pictures were bad. So disappointed with their service.

You know I wouldn't normally leave a review for a post office but I just got a first from kudos out to Miss Niecy, she's courteous, and extremely helpful helping you try to get a letter delivered to PO box on a specific route.
It's a shame I don't live anywhere near this post office, otherwise I might actually look forward to sending letters

Ms. Niecy was the sweetest and most helpful associate at a post office I’ve ever encountered! I was in and out within minutes she helped me put together all documents I needed to send out for a passport renewal. I get anxiety when it comes to important documents but she assured me and helped me with a smile on her face. Thank you!!!

I went in for a passport appointment and Ms Neicy was so kind, polite and professional. I went on a Saturday and there was a short 10 minute wait. I was in and out within 30 minutes.

Bad policies in relation to packing tape. Extraordinarily rude. Contact me if you want, otherwise this is going to go to a more formal setting. Possibly with a docket number. Have a nice day.

Went in today to apply for my daughter’s passport. Ms. Niecy was incredibly kind and patient and treated us with the utmost professionalism and respect. Thank you for such a pleasant experience Ms. Niecy!

Worst post office ever they’ll steal your package or some content out of it then tell you that you should’ve had insurance on it scam they need to be investigated or set up

I made a new passport appointment for myself and my son about a month ago for this location. I received a call 2 days prior to my appointment with someone stating that they are going to have to reschedule due to staffing issues. I told them that the next available appointment isn’t until a few weeks before my trip and if there’s anything they can do. The lady responded to me stating “looks like you won’t be receiving your passport”. Very rude, not helpful, never have I received such poor customer service.
