Went in today to apply for my daughter’s passport. Ms. Niecy was incredibly kind and patient and treated us with the utmost professionalism and respect. Thank you for such a pleasant experience Ms. Niecy!

Excellent service! The woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful! Very well spoken and patient. I wish I had her name! It’s clerk 14 on my receipt. The line was also short when I got there at 9:30am on a Friday.
