36-50 N Menard delivery has been horrible. Perfectly addressed Letters being returned as "not deliverable"Letters are put into wrong mailboxes so residents are not getting their mail on time.Just plain LAZY and UNPROFESSIONAL. No wonder USPS is doing so bad, You take ZERO PRIDE in your work.

I ordered a package to be delivered to my job. They put down unknown address because the business was closed down. But we get mail and packages through them all the time. When I first call, the lady never ask for a tracking number she just said she will call me back and never did. Now the package was sent back, and I got to reach out to the seller to try to resend it. They don't have a care at this post office. Talked with the supervisor and all he did was take up for his employees.

Thank you all for your services, in this heat. I appreciate your professionalism and respect. My mail person who delivers on Mayfield makes sure mail is delivered on time and he is very respectful. I’m highly grateful!

This is the station for my mail. The postal person that delivered my mail on 15th of August 2023 put my mail on the ground and not the mail slot.

I own my own business and normally schedule package pickups but these mail people aren’t picking up my packages and lying saying they are plus we’re not getting mail bro. And why do we have different mail carriers??? We have one that deliver mails BARELY and another one that SOMETIMES picks up my packages like I’m confused. Customer service doesn’t even answer anymore.

The stars are totally for mail carrier Nene! Who works Austin area. Typically Laramie street. Nene is Amazing, Outstanding, & she's always doing her job with a smile. I have never once encountered her with a distasteful attitude. She's superb! Moves quickly & always come back to grab my packages. I couldn't picture a better mail carrier than Nene! Please do give her some kind of due diligence because she deserves it!!!....For those mail carriers that really dislike their jobs. They could really learn from Nene! Just do your job, treat customers well & go home!! She's one of a kind!

I had a great experience with the staff and the manager went out of her way to make sure I got my package which had the wrong number address (which didn’t even exist) ? she took all my information and gave me hers and the next day I received one of two of my packages .
