Came in on a Monday around 5:30 pm before closing. Not a long line. I was just dropping off some packages. The lady at the desk was friendly and I was in and out in 10 minutes.

People are nice but sooooo understaffed. Be prepared to wait for a million years

I had to send forms certified mail and it wasn’t available at the self counter but the employee helped me when I was next in line. Also had to send another item certified mail at a later date and the woman was helpful and answered all the questions I had.
