A dedicated and sincere teller when I visited on Saturday morning. No long line waiting in the lobby and maybe it was end of the month. I liked the remodeling look in the Chinatown Branch. The only thing raised my concern is parking in Chinatown Square.

The comments are very accurate. They treat whites, blacks and Latinos very well, but they have a bad attitude towards Chinese people. Isn't it just to help the Chinese in Chinatown? With this kind of service attitude, don’t open it! The professional quality of employees needs to be improved!

Possibly one of the best branches in Chicago, there was no racial profiling and I felt welcome.Was promptly helped and the manager was very kind.Highly recommend this branch.

I need Western Union service and this US bank location popped up on google map, so I went in and asked, the teller sarcastically laughed at me and said no we don't have that. You're dressed nicely and working in this beautifully decorated bank location, why can't you be nice as well! Come on be professional a bit lady

Me and my brother had probably the most complicated problem in banking history. We wanted to recover a lost account from 4 years ago, and were disparate to ever get the money in the account, until we visited this store and met Sally Mei, the best and most professional banker I have ever dealt with. She worked very hard for us to get as many documents and find as much details about the account. She went back and forth contacting the back office and many other departments in US Bank, until she were able to solve our situation and recover the funds in the account. I can’t stress how awesome of an experience it was dealing with an agent such as Sally who truly cares about customers and doesn’t just say “we can’t help you”If us bank is a smart company, they should never let go of Sally, but promote such hardworking employees
