9443 S Ashland Ave, Chicago“Let’s get into this amazingly delicious corn beef sandwich served from the kitchen inside the Red Pepper Lounge. The sandwich was served on white bread toasted to perfection, with just the right amount of mustard, and the meat was tender as a mothers love, and don’t hold the cheese. And what’s a corn beef sandwich without a pickle and chips, yep, it came with that too.Hands down this sandwich is definitely worth writing home about and is worthy of a chef’s kiss, which goes to the chef holding down the kitchen Chef Russ.Other notable mentions, I stopped in on a popular night, Friday, but my wait for food wasn’t long and I was able to have a great cocktail while I waited. When entering it looks crowded, but the kitchen is in the back where there’s plenty of seating and another bar.But hey don’t take my word try it for yourself. Enjoy…I know I did!”

“Always a great experience.Very friendly people.7 years ago a lot of attitudes there ,had a manager who was a real tool.however ,things shaped up ,the manager to date is a nice guy and all the girls are very nice and helpful to me.”
“I got a private tour (by accident) through the Rookery by Jennifer from the FrankLloydWright Foundation and man, was I one lucky chic. Not only the dazzling beauty of this building is impressive; the story about the construction and its constructors/architects etc is just as impressive. Thanks so much to Jennifer; She made this tour an experience to never forget.”
“Once you pass through security at Terminal 2 (by Delta check-in), this ATM is down the hallway to the right; the hallway that takes you to Terminal 1. It is adjacent to a restaurant. It is on the right-hand side of the hallway as you walk towards Terminal 1.”
“Had a mistake on my account which caused a bunch of overdraft fees that wasn't my fault the nice lady reviewed it and saw the mistake and made it right good to have honest bankers”

I think I've been there so much that the staff might recognize me. If you buy hot food like pizza or boneless wings, there is a chance that the guy working there could give you extra. The lady there is super polite. I recommend this location”
“Hi, I'm Alex and I've been shopping at this ATM for a long time and I wanted to get a discount for all the money I've spent buying bitcoin in this location. So I called customer service and talked to David who gave me a discount that helps me a little for my next purchase. So thanks to David I was able to get a discount that helped me out a bit. Thanks, David.”

1791 W Howard St, Chicago“Long story short, someone stole one of my checks from a mailbox, which led to a week worth of monetary drama. But I must admit that in-person Chase bank reps have been super easy to work with and resolve this quickly. After handling some transactions at one bank, I needed to return and came to this one. My appointment was with a lady named Pretty, which for obvious reasons, I definitely wasn't going to forget her name. (That name is way too much pressure, by the way, but she was a blast! Her dog story tickled me.) I was so happy to see that she also can get flustered by the automated system and the phone reps who answer every single question but what you actually asked. I always feel bad when I rush them along to get to my question (after 50,000 verification questions), but considering the reason I was in the bank, the lengths Chase goes to in order to make sure you are who you say you are makes me appreciate them in a different way. Pretty was great. Chase was efficient. There were some hiccups that I couldn't avoid, but they were quickly resolved. So kudos to Chase (and Pretty).”

There use to be a different Chase bank next to a ginormous parking lot (total waste of unused space). In its place just to the south on the same site they built a brand spanking new Chase Bank. The day we went it was packed w/people. This is a very nice new facility & one of the busiest branches I have ever been in. We went here to take care of business @ the third & final bank. Mission Accomplished”

2801 W Devon Ave, Chicago“Over the years, I've done my share of banking at Citibank. This location is one that I have frequented. Though they have opened newer locations and I have more availability to services, this is still at the top of my list. What has made this location standout for me is the personal service I have grown to appreciate with every trip. There's a personality that is lended with every transaction. The same used to resonate with the bankers but almost all have been switched to newer locations or left to other banks. A few steller tellers were also taken at that time. (Effing bummer.) The first-rate personality originated with one main banker/manager at this location more than a decade ago. An Asian-Indian-American woman that always had warm regards, referred to customers by name, she'd ask about families, spouses & catch up with customers on a daily basis. That warm regard & attitude was relayed through the tellers/bankers and added to a personable environment. That made every visit that much more memorable. But alas, she too was moved elsewhere and eventually left the company. Since then, they have never been able to capture that feeling. Since, they have been replacing older employees with younger ones. I'm not being an ageist here but it's apparent, that is what has changed most. Is it bad? No. But, they could have done it over a period of time. So that the newer staff could learn something from the more "seasoned." Over time I've gotten to know some of the new folks but will often opt for tellers that I'm more familiar with. They know what my banking needs are and there is no further description necessary. Note: The public number for the branch is not listed anywhere. I'm not sure why that is. They have tellers and bankers that can speak Hindi, Urdu, Assyrian, Espanol and a couple more languages. This location is one of few Citi locations offering service in different languages.”

“Excellent personalized service. It is very important to establish a relationship with bank representatives. They have exceeded my expectations through several years of transactions.”
