Made me sad. Why do the mannequins look like that? So small. Where are the heads? No feet also? More unrealistic body standards for women. Prices made my jaw drop! Even items on sale were ridiculously priced. Basic clothes at high prices? No thanks!

The UO located on State Street sale section is bigger and better than this store. They have miffy, monchhichi keychains available. They also had some sonny angels in a glass box I would call and ask to see if they are available!

Yo, Urban Outfitters, you're the fashion maestro orchestrating a symphony of style, where aisles groove like beats, and each garment's got a PhD in cool. Brandy Melville, step back, your Tetris-inspired chaos in Chicago got us playing musical chairs without the tunes. Your store's so cramped; I'm dodging mannequins like they're haters. Meanwhile, Urban's my sanctuary, offering style and space – a vibe so fresh, it's a fashion oasis. Brandy's size restrictions got me feeling boxed in, but Urban's where I kick back, shop, and vibe. So here's to Urban Outfitters, the rap god of retail, slaying the game while Brandy's lost in its fashion maze.

I ordered a significant piece of furniture online from Urban Outfitters; it was a console, approximately 5 feet long. Two men delivered it. It was packaged in a huge box that the two of them struggled to carry. They brought it up to my apartment in the elevator & carried it to the room where I wanted it placed. They then just stared at me. Finally one of them said, "Unless you have something extra, we're not unpacking this." I said, "Do you mean money?" They just laughed. The only cash I had on hand was a $100 bill. I could have never gotten this piece of furniture out of the box by myself. It took the2 of them 20 minutes to unpack it, remove all of the packing paper & install the legs. I was furious! They were holding my purchase hostage! I had no choice but to pay them! When I complained to Urban Outfitters, I said, "What if I'd chosen to unpack it myself & there was something wrong with it? Were you going to take my word for it? You're saying, I had to pay in order to inspect my purchase!" They apologized & refunded the shipping fee, which was about $140. That's a net refund of $40! BIg deal, Urban Outfitters! I can't warn you strongly enough: do not buy anything online from Urban Outfitters!!

My daughter loves this place. She can get trendy items for not too costly and can wear them for awhile. We did just buy a shirt that 1/2 way thru the first time she wore it, it ripped so now I need to bring it back to UO. That is not acceptable. We usually have good luck with the items we buy. Employees are very friendly and helpful and that is a big plus. I'm happy to help her buy items that look good on her (most everything, by the way). The prices on the most part are reasonable and sometimes even on sale!

Worst UO ever. They robbed me. $99! Said they were going to mail me the shorts I exchanged in their store and they never sent me the shorts OR a refund. So disgusted by this company.
