Came in with my daughter to get her a new bike. Maria was incredible—she patiently worked with us to find the right size and style, the right accessories, and provided a great deal of advice and guidance. We did a test ride and then she and the team tuned it up, installed all of the accessories on the spot and we were on our way. Phenomenal experience. We are now loyal customers.

The whole staff is courteous and very knowledgeable of all items sold. I went to buy an inner tube replacement. I had the old tube with me. The staff member got the replacement tube and told me how the old one was punctured.I wound up buying tape for the inside of the rim to prevent the spokes from inside puncture. Thanks

Wonderful experience today. Came in as a newbie with a hand me down bike and the staff was so helpful. I purchased a quick air and oil service then one of the team members took extra time to explain things to me and make suggestions for the necessary gear I was lacking. Thank you for setting me up for success!

Quick, affordable, and friendly service! I came by about a half hour before closing because I got a flat on my way home. They were super nice about it and got my tube replaced in just a few minutes. The employee who replaced it also went out of their way to show me exactly what caused the tube to pop so I could avoid it in the future. On top of that, they fixed the loose seat and tuned my gearshift cables without me even requesting it! I’m so happy with my service and I’ll definitely be coming here for all my tune-ups and biking needs for the future. Thank you Uptown Bikes!!!
