This UPS location provides the most exceptional customer service of any location I've visited. Rhee (as well as all of the staff) consistently go above and beyond - even when the task is as simple as a quick drop-off. My favorite errand to run is to this UPS location. It's a level of kindness that isn't necessary, but wow, is it appreciated! Huge thanks to all of these employees for continuously making us smile. Who knew that shipping and returns could be so fun!?

This place allows you to do both design and printing at once, and I really like the design. The prices are very affordable, and the turnaround time is quick.

Door is not ADA accessible. Luckily I went at a time when there were no other customers and the employee was able to take my package and bring back my receipt.

Kim helped me out and is one of the brightest, kindest, most helpful individuals I have ever come across. I had a homemade painting I needed to ship and she had stellar recommendations to package it and make sure it got to its definition safely. The painting was in great hands thanks to Kim, and the painting was in PERFECT condition by time it arrived!! She is an above and beyond employee and a wonderful human being. Thank you to Kim for helping me out :)

This location is by far my favorite post office to go to within the Lincoln Park area - enough so that I felt compelled to write this review (and I don’t usually). Every time I stop by, Katie is extremely welcoming and helpful. She really makes me look forward to my post office errands and overall makes the experience more enjoyable.

Impressive customer service. With the new ownership, store got so much nicer and cleaner inside and also customers service was very friendly. The owner took care of my artwork for sending to my clients, and it was very satisfying. Very happy. Highly recommended!

Went to the store to print out labels and ship some items. The cost to print out my three papers was like $2.70 and they didn’t have to put a hold on my card or anything like other printer stores do. Great staff,! Ree and the other employee were very kind. Will be going there again soon!
